Disappointing accommodation experience because there are cockroaches in the room hotel (as shown in the images). The cockroaches are not only in the toilet, but also at the outside washbasins and the window table (Total I met are 4). Disappointed because it is a four-star hotel, but with these cockroaches. I am also worried about whether the filter water tap provided by the hotel that can be directly drunk is clean, because cockroaches may crawl everywhere. Kindly avoid the Room Number 422. Given this, hotel upgraded my room from normal room to family room type located at higher floor (Floor 6).

Stayed at Hotel Faber Park for a quick getaway and loved its blend of modern comfort and proximity to nature. The location near Mount Faber and a short ride from VivoCity and Sentosa is ideal, though nearby dining options are limited. My Deluxe Room with a balcony was compact but stylish, with a comfy bed, rainfall shower, and great views. Service was friendly, but the small room size might not suit everyone. Overall, a charming 4-star stay—great for a peaceful escape.

The stay was good and met with our expectations. Reception Service was courteous and friendly. Morning Breakfast and Service was good, would have been nice to have some mee-siam and roti prata lol! Location is excellent too. Thank you!

The hotel is really convenient the bus stop is just infront of the hotel and 6minutes away from the train station.it’s also near Mt. Faber cable car station so if you want to go to sentosa by cable car it’s a plus. Staffs are really nice and accommodating. The have a lot of options for breakfast.

Booked 2 rooms for 2 nites. Business conference. Hotel is clean and strategically located. We arrive around 1pm. Hotel is kind enough to allow us to check in early. Customer service is also good.

One of the best hotel we stayed in Singapore. Very close to USS and Marina Bay. We will book this again next time...Staff is so accommodating and the view from my room is superb...

Came back here second time as the room is tidy & breakfast is good. Plus is: near Faber Mount, convenient for a hike for the view of habor. Cons: rooms are not soundproof, usually hearing noise of people walking, talking, closing doors…

the room was a suitable size for 2 people. the bed is quite comfortable but the walls are abit thin as we can hear chairs moved in neighbouring rooms and people talking in the corridor. location wise, there is a bus stop directly connected with buses to vivocity and also easily walkable.

The room linens had black stains. While the room was clean, it felt rather small, though perfectly adequate for two people. The location was reasonably convenient. During check-in, the front desk staff communicated in Chinese. However, when I went to check out, all four staff members stood completely unresponsive like wooden statues - not a single word was uttered. Are they deaf?

It’s really convenient for our family (5adults,2kids) to stay in this hotel. We have 2 wheelchairs. So the bus stop right in front of the hotel is really helpful. Traveling by bus with wheelchairs is better than the MRT. The hotel is near the vivo city just 2 bus stops. Which we always went there for the first 3 days since we needed to go to Sentosa a lot. The room is small but really clean. Lovely. They cleaned up the room everyday we stayed for 5 days! So good to see the room was so tidy when we back from travel🤣. There’s a tap water which we can drink as much as we want. (Instead of buying 3-4 sgd for one bottle) The kids liked the pool on the rooftop too. That’s good to relax. Anyway the hotel is quite far from town. Still we can travel by bus easily. Ps. The smell in the toilet , sometimes was really strong. Overall , We really had a pleasant stay there!
