Receptionist are very friendly and polite, this has no doubt increases the score significantly. Very lean check in/out process, a lot of restaurants and eating places nearby. Location wise is ok for me, although might not comfortable for those who don’t like to walk 5-7 minutes from nearest MRT station. It’s a value for money stay.

Room is pretty comfortable for solo/couple travel Pretty convenient location and not too far from airport. Staff is very helpful and give you all convenient information. Love it

I wish we had a refrigerator in our room since we have a baby with us. Was needed for her food. However, 5-stars to Aida who was compassionate enough to allow us early check-in when she saw my baby was sleeping when we arrived the hotel. Overall, all the hotel staff were warm and helpful.

This hotel is located n Geyland area. Only 1 minute walk will be right in the main street. Easy to many bus routes and about 8 minutes' walk to transit station. Many eateries along Geyland street. Not the fancy street in downtown or Marina Bay area but quite busy. The hotel is tucked away off the main street, so at night, it is quiet. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help when we asked them questions. The only downside is the bathroom. Walk in shower with toilet right be it so the toilet will be all wet after the shower. If they can make some improvement in this area, that would be great, like a curve shower curtain just to block the water a bit. Room is small, we have the superior doble room with a window. Looks like they have other choices as well. I also learned that it is one of the Singapore hotel chain. Overall, I will definitely use this chain again.

Would like to give a 5 star review for Salma, she’s one of the hotel staffs! She is very professional, helpful, and friendly. She gave us right information all the time, she made our stay in Singapore a pleasant one indeed. 😉

Not the best place to stay although it is very budget friendly. Location is ok but no mrt nearby. Bed is too hard.

Room is nice. Hotel staff are really familiar. Cleaning service it very good. I appreciate to cleaning service girl , called her name is “ Htet”.

everything was good but only the toilet, if they could provide the bidet spray it will be much convenience for us,Thank You.

It had a good service, and the place was overall fine, but the room was smaller than we expected, it is a bit expensive for what it is, but that’s mostly likely it being in Singapore.

The room was clean and the staff was also nice but just for your information the location is near the red light in the other hand it is also near the bus and MRT station.

Cheap food is accessible. Like the front desk service. There is bus stop within distance. Shops are walking distance too

Good place to stay for a short trip . The staffs were all friendly and helpful. One downside my room had a smoke smell . It could be the previous guests were smoking in the room. Hope the housekeeping could do something about the smells and ventilation of the place .
