"Hotel was ok. Clean enough where it mattered and complimentary tea and coffee was a nice touch. Unfortunately the tv did not work and the mattress was very old and worn and should be replaced. Didn’t bother to complain as arrived late from a flight so just needed somewhere to sleep. Bigger concern was that despite having paid 3 weeks ago they still tried to take payment at check In and again at check out. Then although both times they agreed with our proof of payment, still proceeded to take £70 from our card a few hours later. Not happy."

"I had a very late night arrival . The staff so helpful to extend my stay during next day as on a late night flight.  Accommodation excellent, spotless, everything I needed after a 10 hr bus journey to airport. Highly recommend. Thank you for your excellent service"

"Booked this because we had an almost 12 hour overlay in London. The hotel is close to Heathrow Terminal 3. Staff was nice, but gave too much explanation, we only wanted to check in and go to sleep because we only had around 5 hours till we needed to wake up and go to the airport again. If we had any questions, we'd just ask. No need for staff to offer so much info, or ask us if we wanted to eat at the restaurant (even at such a late night hour). The room was ok, but not the kind we would stay in for several days. It looked like it needed some renovation. All in all, we'd book again if we absolutely needed it for a night and nothing else cheaper was available. The price seemed way over for the value or quality. But this is London."

"Ideal for a short stay. Not much food options nearby but certainly Deliveroo can help. Close to Heathrow, there are both public bus and airport shuttle to go to and from Heathrow. Perhaps it’s better if the hotel can provide more detail information about bus/ shuttle bus transfer from Heathrow."

"The room was large, bed fairly comfortable but not for the price being charged. I never got to the pool or gym as I’d planned to do but that was the main reason I booked. The shuttle service is a bit annoying that you have to pay and there are only set pick up and drop off times, so if you want to catch a different bus (which I did) to the nearby Renaissance hotel then that one is more frequent and only a short walk away from this hotel. The shuttle price isn’t expensive through, at around 6£ each way, it was useful. Breakfast options were decent with enough choice for a vegetarian, but nothing to write home about and I opted not to pay the 16£ for the second day I was there. Overall it was decent, but cleanliness of room needed help. I asked the cleaner if she could hoover the room as when I arrived there were bits all over the floor, she did in front of me and her technique was great, she did a wonderful job but when she left there were still things all over the floor so it was obvious it was the tool (the hoover needs to be updated). The staff were kind and obviously hard workers, good customer service, they just need more support from management or corporate to update their capabilities like with new hoovers. The chair also had “something” on it, so I general it would be good if staff had access to better cleaning tools to steam out stains on furniture and curtains. I’d probably stay again if it was a bit less expensive or if these issues get sorted."

"When I check in,I pay the breakfast fee at the reception desk.But when I went to eat breakfast,the staff says he couldn’t find, let me wait long time.I booked a taxi after breakfast,waste my time and I can’t ate breakfast very good. I’m so angry"

"It is close to the airport and easy to find. At first the stay was comfortable. The room was clean and had plenty of space for your luggage. But after one busy night, we had the most noisy and worst family checked in at 11:30pm next to us. It wasn’t just a normal little noise it was constant all through the night. Kids screaming, tv on the loudest, bathroom door banging until 4am!!!! You can hear everything! Night manager didn’t do anything. It was unbelievable and unbearable.. If you want to choose a quiet hotel and have a good rest for your long haul flight THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO STAY!! I complained to the staff, but they said they couldn’t do anything. Very disappointed. Because of this incident I won’t be recommending or staying here ever again. Also the car park is not £15 per day it’s £17. This should be updated."
