La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Harrisburg-Hershey Reviews

Moved a chair in the room and found bandage wrapper and an old take out container. Really makes you wonder if they ever do a deep clean. Carpet in the hallways and room have seen better days.

We came to visit Hershey Park and it’s an easy ten minute drive there. The property is in poor condition though. Our room had several things that didn’t work or were broken/busted, from the mini fridge to the towel hook on the bathroom door. The lobby is clean and spacious but you aren’t spending your time there and after that it’s all downhill.

It was wonderful very clean. Jacuzzi in my room very nice. Friendly staff and very helpfull. Would stay there again.

Good hotel facilities were good as were staff. The only issue we had was they forgot to put soap and towels in the bathroom.

Toilet would not flush in 1st room. Pool water was very cold customer service from front desk was unfriendly we only stayed 1 night out of 2

Spacious, well appointed and family friendly. Close to amenities and attractions and maintained carefully.

On the ******* web page for La Quinta, the property amenity’s include pet friendly. I have used LQ for years with no pet charges. It would be nice know there is a nightly charge of $25. Next time I will look for other lodging with no pet fees.

Desk clerk was pleasant and helpful. Room is clean, but run down. It has patched and not painted areas and the tub has areas that have been caulked over that appear to have dirt/mold underneath.

The hostess was rude and condescending. She didn’t care that we were tired and had been driving all day only to find we did not get the room I was told I reserved. She stated she was tired to and since I booked through ******* it was there fault. Also being on the ground floor we endured hours of kids above us jumping and running. I was only able two get two hours sleep!

Very convenient to giant center. Extremely large lobby and spacious breakfast area. Free breakfast was typical. Lots of parking. for those interested there is a diner next door. Room slightly dated but was excellent for our needs. We will definitely stay here again when attending a concert at the center.

Overall a good stay. All requests were fulfilled. Hotel was clean. Some wall paper was peeling but ok.

Bed was very comfortable! Room was spacious could use some updates! Loud doors slamming in the morning. Breakfast was ok we stayed 3 nights and had sausage every morning would have been nice to have bacon too. Was a nice hotel. Only issue we had was front desk lady I interacted with twice was not friendly at all

We always stay at this property when we visit Hershey. Check in was a firm 3:00 this visit, because they had been full the previous evening, but we could still use the jacuzzi and pool while we waited for our room. It’s convenient to restaurants and Hershey Park and Giant Stadium. Only complaint was the tubs needs some slip resistant, they were slippery to us for showers. Just use caution.

The property looked good with what felt like modern touches. The continental breakfast was good. The beds were very comfy.
