Cool modern small hotel in a slightly edgy part of Sofia. Very close to trams. Spacious rooms, very modern style, quiet, tastefully equipped. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely place we had a great time at Dot, very helpful staff over the phone, at the restaurant and the cleaners we didn’t see. We thought the style was excellent and all in all would definitely recommend to others

This hotel was clean and modern and the staff was very quick to respond to inquiries. It was close to downtown so it was an easy walk to anything we wanted to see. Would recommend and stay here again.

What an experience staying at this architecturally stunning hotel in a charming part of the city. Everything from the architectural design, stylish interiors, art curation and award winning menu at the hotel’s restaurant (Komat) has been so well thought through. Very nice and modern hotel close to the heart of Sofia. We, family of 5 spent a long weekend. Don‘t forget to check out the excellent restaurant Komat and the artworks all around. Many thanks to Lydia for making our stay perfect!

An amazing experience - stunning architectural design, high end equipment, fantastic hospitality I stayed for 3 nights in this beautiful location in the center of Sofia. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. The manager is welcoming warmly and available anytime for help. An amazing chef waits for you in the restaurant. Highly recommended

We had an unforgettable stay at Penthouse 360! The apartment is incredibly modern and architecturally stunning, with a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious, well-thought-out layout perfect for families. The rooftop terrace offers breathtaking 360° views over Sofia, truly a highlight of our trip. The location is ideal, right in the vibrant old town next to the Women’s Market. You’ll find charming cafés and bakeries, but also the real Bulgarian atmosphere all around, making the stay feel both lively and authentic. Everything about this place made our stay comfortable, inspiring, and just plain fun. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sofia!

You will not find a better place. This is an unbelievable hotel experience. If you like modern art and architecture you will not find a better place. It's a 12 on a scale to 10. The ground floor restaurant is next level. If you get a chance to stay here, stay here.
