Nice small hotel. Small rooms, but bed for 2 people and a small bathroom. Just enough for solo traveler. No fridge. And a sink in the bathroom may be a small if you are a tall guy. There is a small area, kinda balcony with 2 small tables and chairs and a big grass area.

Kitchen is equipped with two refrigerators and rules are written clearly. Well run by staff and they are very helpful to us. Very busy hostel, maybe because they have many rooms. Recommended for budget traveler who want a clean place. Cleaner does the cleaning in daily basis and she did great job.

Perfect location. The front door of the hotel may not be easy to find in a second, but still able to manage it. Even if you have a late flight and check-in late, there are still some food available around the hotel. Perfect location to the city centre Serdica by walking. The room inside is new, clean and cozy. A television with Youtube and Netflix. However, there are some insects (like spiders) in the room, maybe not the hotel’s fault, just because the building is old and was renewed. Perfect price, may book the same hotel again if come again next time.

Overall, I am very pleasantly surprised by the facilities and amenities the hotel has provided. I originally got a supreme double room, but due to some issues with my original room, I was upgraded to a suite. (Note: I was not yet checked in at the hotel when my room got changed.) The room was pretty clean, there were some finishing parts that need an upgrade and the shower definitely needs a curtain because water was splashing everywhere and only a glass at one sode didn’t do much, but overall the suite was pretty nice. My favorite part was the TV. I could easily go online to watch the reality shows I missed while I was away.

The hotel is in a great location and has a lot of space. But I don't understand why it's so stuffy inside... It's already 14 degrees outside at night, but the thermometer in the bathroom still shows 30 degrees. I opened the window and turned the air conditioner to 15 degrees, but sleeping on the bed was still like sleeping on a kang...

The boss is super diligent and does hygiene three times a day. Very clean and tidy, the traffic is very convenient, the subway to the bus station entrance, walk six minutes to the hotel, bus 80 meters to the hotel, suitable for people with a lot of luggage, no need to go at all, the bus from the hotel to the airport, you can 213, 305 to 84, take bus 2 Lev, subway 1.6 Lev. Go to all scenic spots, you can walk, no need to take a car, it is half an hour away, there is a market next to the scenic spot, selling vegetables and fruits is much cheaper than supermarkets. I love Trip.com , the convenient homestay is suitable for poor travel, in addition to living, the average day spent 50 yuan a day abroad, it is not too proud. You can cook, there are many big supermarkets in the scenic area.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights on our way to Romania Pros- the hotel is in a great location. Quiet leafy street, 500 meters to main bus and train terminal, approx 20 min walk to Vitosha boulevard - the room itself is quite nice, the TV has English channels, the balcony was an unexpected plus - the breakfast provided is adequate, though you need to go to an adjacent hotel - the staff were friendly and did their best to help Cons- the bed was not made up, they provided a single bed sheet for a queen sized bed. There was only one glass for 2 people. The quilt in the cupboard was filthy, it had no cover and we couldn’t use it - the mattress has no protector and is too soft. It might suit some but it is too soft for a hotel mattress - I tried to call reception to ask them for another sheet, a clean quilt and a glass. No one answered the phone. (I was told the next day that the phone is broken ). I went downstairs to find someone but no one was there or answered the bell on the desk. The next day I was told that the receptionist had to cover two hotels so is not always there . Please take note if you are arriving late to the hotel-there May be non one to check you in They are also very strict on check in times. If you want an earlier check in time than 2 pm you need to pay for it Overall the hotel is decent. If there had have been someone at reception all the issues would have been quickly resolved The main complaint is the cleaning and maintenance of rooms

Because the flight was very late, I was lucky to catch the last subway from the airport to the city, and it was not too far to walk to the hotel. The room was not very big, as shown in the photos, but the supplies were complete. Maybe it was due to the jet lag, after taking a shower and sleeping on the bed, I felt that it was the most comfortable bed since my trip to Europe.

the room was satisfactory at a whole, esp with the little balcony attached for a small laundry zone, electric water kettle for making hot tea, a small refrigerator for use, a big plastic bucket in bathroom and hair dryer provided. The lightings are bright enough. TV also offered a few channels. if a microwave or a small oven could be provided by the hotel for customers reheating their takeaway food or bread, alongside with a mini size folderable tea table, they would definitely earn an extra score by all customers.
