Hotels in Centrum, Sofia

The location is fantastic – right in front of Serdika metro station and the tram stop, which made getting around incredibly convenient. There's also a large supermarket and a great bakery right nearby, which was a huge plus. And the self check-in process was super easy. Highly recommend!

In general, the hotel is very good, close to Vitosha blvd and city center and clean, Standard Double Room is spacious enough The continental breakfast is sufficent but is served in the lobby and it is very weird, also it is overpriced to my opinion (15 Euro/person) Hot water in the rooms on the higher floors starts after several minutes of waiting after opening the handle of the faucet I would rate it as good 3 star hotel rather than 4

It was a comfortable stay. I was able to leave my luggage both before check-in and after check-out without any issues. The hotel is very close to the metro and tram stops, making it easy to get around. If you enjoy walking, you can even walk to the city center and explore Sofia, although it is a bit of a long walk. It’s also very close to a shopping mall, which I think is a great advantage.

Hotel is good, service leaves much to be desired. We arrived at the hotel at 2 p.m. and asked on reception if the room is ready (normal check-in at 3 p.m.). The answer was that the room will be ready by check-in time (3 p.m.). We came to the reception at 3 p.m., our room was not ready. The reception lady asked ask to wait 10-15 min. We came to the reception at 15:30, the room was not ready. The lady apologised and asked us to wait 15-20 min maximum. We came at 16:10 - the room was not ready. On my question “when will it be ready?” I’ve got the answer “I don’t know”. I asked the lady to call to the floor responsible/cleaning supervisor and clarify. The answer was “ I already called them, they also don’t know”. I got angry as nobody could tell me when we can expect the room ready. After I applied to their manager, the key was provided to us in 5 min. The room was not so bad, but in the bathroom there was strong sewage smell that stayed in the room for the whole night.

Great location super clean big rooms great service the only thing that it's a bit bad that the ac system is on heating and it's too hot in the room.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est correct et la propreté également. En revanche, l’accueil était peu agréable, sans sourire, ce qui est dommage pour un établissement hôtelier. De plus, des sachets de thé étaient mis à disposition le premier jour, mais pas le lendemain, ce qui manque de cohérence.

We stayed at the hotel only night. Everything was good, but the beds were a little old, the rides disturbed. The cleaning was very good. You can walk from your position to the center with comfort. The workers were *** the meat friendly and helpful. I prefer this hotel if I go again.

Very friendly service,excellent location, walking distance to station 5min,direct train to airport for 0.80cents. Plenty restaurants and bars around. Room was basic but cleaned,coffee tea facility. Room got very hot but you can open the window, only downside was not hot food available for breakfast as bemmari was broken. Good selection of ham and cheese which was enough for us to start the day. The hotel has an excellent location, right in the city center, within walking distance of major attractions and business districts. The rooms are very spacious, considered very roomy by European standards, fully equipped, clean, and the beds are comfortable. The staff are very friendly, and overall I was very satisfied with my stay. It's a relatively high-value five-star hotel in Sofia, although the facilities are somewhat dated.

It's located in a quiet neighborhood but it's very close to city centre, so most attractions are walkable. Staff is nice and helpful. Snacks and water are provided in the common kitchen. There are also multiple cats, although they're not close to humans.
