El Dorado Royale Catamarán, Cenote & More Inclusive Reviews

We had an amazing stay at el dorado The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. El Dorado staff were fantastic host—super responsive, thoughtful, and made us feel right at home. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a great time, a few severs and bartenders were exceptional. Ismael at the Sante Fe for dinner, Sheila at the D'italia Royale and Edmar at the Casitas D'italia. Food was great! Pools were a little warm for our liking. We spent time at the Casita's 27 pool was was very nice. There Julio and Lazaro were amazing! We were there celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary, which we told the concierge when they asked. They offered to send special something that never arrived, but we still had an amazing time.

The hotel is wonderful, the location is good. I recommend it.
