very bad smell and sleeping bed is not comfertable...any how zero hote.

Very good service Budget hotel in the city of Southall Prime location below market and bus stop near by Train station

Bedsheets were dirty. Its not that close to the airport.

Reasonably close from Heathrow airport, in the Indian part of the town. Was too jet lagged to look around but there appeared to be some shops around. About 700-800m from the nearest train station. Budget hotel with basic services.

The room was really terrible, full of Indians coming and going, the smell was unbearable, and the surrounding area was full of Indians, it didn't feel safe.

I was bitten all over by a major bedbug infestation. The fact that they hadn't noticed or cared about the vast number of bugs during turning over the room is a major concern. I was not even offered a refund. If the rooms were clean I would have highly recommended the hotel as although the rooms are compact, they are practical and the location within southall is excellent, the lack of sanitation lets the whole hotel down. Do not stay here.
