Service is good. Location is a bit far but good for people who travel with car. Car park is free. Even though a lot of reviews mentioned that the hotel is dated. To us, it’s spacious and good. The spa, pool and the welcoming wine are bonus points for this hotel.

Excellent customer service! The reception staff was very helpful. We were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary bottle of wine in our room and a thoughtful thank-you note at checkout, along with complimentary water bottles. The accommodation included car parking, so there was no extra charge. Although we didn’t get to try the breakfast due to an early checkout, our overall stay was wonderful. Charles Bridge is just a 15-20 minute walk away. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Prague.

The hotel is old but good, they offer a lot of complimentary stuff starting from a present at the reception and a bottle of vine in the room to apples in front of the elevators and a glass of sparkling wine at the breakfast. The only thing I didn’t like is that the radiators didn’t work properly and it was quite cold in the room, and the rooms facing the city were a bit noisy, but with a nice city view. Overall, good quality for money paid.

I really enjoyed while staying in the hotel. Great location from city centre and direct bus(no.67) in front of hotel. Shop and shopping centre and thej0 swimming pool was couple of mins away from.the ho All the staff were extremely well trained. Receptionist, The breakfast was amazing 👏 😋 so many choices I was full every morning. Cereals, muffins, pancakes, juice, ham, cheese, teas, coffee, bacon, sausage, beans, scrambled eggs, poached eggs, steamed vegetables, dairy drinks, yogurts, fruits, even sauces and condiments were very detailed. Dinner time there was a live piano music. Food was nice as well. We had a drink in the restaurant at night, they serve drink before 11pm. Highly recommended to stay in Cosmopolitan Boby Centrum.

I was very pleased with all the hotel facilities. The space was quite spacious, and the breakfast was very rich. On my second day, I happened to see the Czech Olympic team training at this hotel. Brno's attractions are mostly concentrated near the train station, including the church, the underground skull, the astronomical clock, and Cauliflower Street. You can explore them all in half a day. There are many Chinese restaurants in the city, but they are expensive. This hotel is highly recommended, but the location is a bit out of the way. P.S. Taxis in Brno can take a long time to wait, and they may be canceled.

Very poor air conditioning and stuffy in the room. Otherwise OK. Good breakfast.

Very good hotel, very suitable for self-driving! The hotel is about 10 minutes drive from the old town, and the surrounding attractions are within an hour's drive. The hotel's breakfast, service, and facilities are all very good, highly recommended
