Meon Valley Hotel, Golf & Country Club Reviews

Staff were inexperienced and rude. Pool was over booked and they gave our prebooked slot  away. Room booked was supposed to have view of golf course but was of the back of other buildings, no green in sight. No fridge in room as stated. No ice available. Hotel, pool and rooms all very tired.

Nice and clean room and service we received was really good nice location as well

We use this hotel while working in Swanmore, its good value for money good service and great facilities.

It was just very unloved and probably not renovated since the 1980's All kind of falling apart at the edges.

The room smelt the bed was dirty and made me itch also had hairs on the bed and pillows the tv was not working properly the bathroom was also dirty there was some sort of skids in the toilet unacceptable for a hotel with that kind of standers. This is why we left early we could not stay there

the location is really good.. the cleaning is also the same.. make sure your room has a window 🪟. I didn't notice this detail.. but the beds are flexible.. there is no toilet bowl or broom for the toilet and shampoo was scarce..

Clean, warm with all the expected amenities. Shame about the ‘test’ of the fire alarm at 8am on the second morning.

Very nice place, the location it is superb. Our room it was so big and nice. We will go there again.

Nice hotel rooms are okay too. Not overpriced IMO. TV in the room was larger than your average hotel room TV. Wi-Fi reliable and fast enough. Clean and comfortable. Great selection of drinks at the bar. Checkin time seems a little bit later than most hotels along with the checkout time of 10am. So that should be revised to make it more appealing.

Great service, good facilities. Quiet night in. Lots of golfing going on in the morning around the 10:00 am check-out period. Nice drive in seeing parts of the course. Very willing to accommodate some extra towels...

The location is good and easy to find. The bed was very comfortable. good service staff reasonable price.
