Best location for everything Melbourne! Great hotel for the family!

The location and room overall was comfortable and good, (just overpriced for what you get due to F1 time inflation) . Checking in was bit tedious as you have to redo your booking details for their automated system.

Great location, friendly staff. Hotel was clean, quiet, suitable for families with children since it is close to the center, but not noisy at all.

Decent stay

Good location.

Stayed for 5 consecutive nights. The location is Southbank, which is isolated by sky desk. It is quiet and lively, but Southbank is not in the free zone. I have to cross the bridge every time to go to the opposite side to find more restaurants and supermarkets. The entrance of the room is a bit old, some of the floors are shabby, the bathroom has a non-movable shower, and the water power is not too strong. The bed is also too soft.

The customer service was terrible, the room was very noisy, and the breakfast was uniformly unpalatable. The public security in the neighborhood is not good. There is only one front desk and it is often empty at night. I have seen homeless people running into the hotel to grab things. Not recommended. The security environment is very poor.

It's pretty good. It's located in a very convenient part of the city, very close to everywhere. Next to it is the 108 landmark. The skydeck is behind it. The room was also very spacious. Very good value for money.

The hotel is less than a five-minute walk from the Yarra River. It is very convenient to go to the riverside to eat and play. It is only a few hundred meters across the bridge to the city center at Flinders Station. Find peace amidst the noise. You can check in by yourself, the hotel supplies are all available, there is a microwave to heat food, simple cooking utensils are useful, clean, I personally think the bed is too soft. The room decoration, the small radio station beside the bed is quite industrial style.
