"Among the many hotels in Vancouver, this one truly stood out. The location was fantastic, the price including breakfast was great, and the staff's kindness was simply amazing beyond words. Perhaps because it's a residence hotel, the room was incredibly spacious, and the kitchen facilities were well-equipped. It would be 100% satisfying for families or for longer stays. "We were celebrating a couple of birthdays among friends and were so happy that the hotel had shuttle service from the airport. My friends’ flights were cancelled a couple of times the night before so we were not able to meet in Seattle as planned, so we met at the hotel. Fiona, on staff at Sheraton, kindly received us and assisted us with getting lounge access and breakfast for all so we can relax after being up all night due to flight cancellations. Unfortunately, the following night the hotel suffered a power outage from evening through the next morning causing temperature in the room to vary and hot showers not possible. It could have been seen as a really bad start to the trip but fortunately Fiona came through getting a portion of the night refunded, some hotel points, Starbucks drinks and pastries and late checkout. Fiona was very understanding and accommodating allowing us to continue our trip enjoying it together."

"The building itself is old but the room is tidy, but has no toiletry supply at all so remember to BYO (not even slippers). I was carrying 3 big luggage and a young kid, but no one helped me with the luggage when I checked in, in fact there is only 1 staff at the lobby/concierge which probably explains it. No one had a smile on their face, from front desk to breakfast lounge, the only one who has a more friendly attitude is the chef in the breakfast lounge, but to be fair, no one was rude, just that you can’t say they welcome you to the hotel. So, no, I won’t recommend this place nor I will stay here again. You can probably get better service/facilities with Airbnb."

The location of the hotel is very core, next to the trump building. The hotel service is very good, with luggage, the front desk is very warm, and also introduced us to Vancouver's play places and food. After communicating with the front desk, I also changed the room with a bathtub. The overall evaluation was very good. The room was very clean. The only thing that is not very good is that the hotel can only be valet parking, 45 knives after tax, others are good.

The hotel is in the center of Yaletown, it is convenient to eat anywhere and there is a great location. The staff is super friendly and can respond to any needs immediately. The room is small but the room type is very good. The bed is very comfortable. The equipment is a bit old and there are some sanitary corners, but they are all small problems ～ Overall very good ～

Excellent location! Step out of the hotel and turn left, and you'll find the Burrad subway entrance. Downstairs, there's Starbucks, McDonald's, and Tim Hortons. Turn right for RBC Bank, and just two blocks away are Lululemon, Roots, Aritzia, and the luxury shopping street. You can indulge in a seafood feast at Black and Blue or Coast, or take a pleasant walk to Stanley Park and the Steam Clock. Truly a superb location!

The staff were very patient and helpful. The manager let us to check in early in the morning when our flight arrived, which was appreciated. The location is excellent and the room was spacious and cozy. It had a nice lake view. The included in-room breakfast had a variety of tasty options. The Lobby floor restaurant ‘Honey Salt’ had high quality food at reasonable prices. We enjoyed dining there. Overall, this was a great hotel. The staff went above and beyond to assist us. The rooms and location were very comfortable. Both the in-room breakfast and restaurant options were excellent values. I would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is located in a very nice location, we got a great view from our room. We were not very happy with the service though, as we arrived at the hotel, we weren’t greeted even though there were 3 people working at the valet nobody directed us where to park. I made eye contact with them but they just continued on chatting. Parking is also quite expensive ($45/ night for self-parking).

The room smelled a little, the water pressure from the sink wasn't great, the room felt a bit small, there's no pool, the ****** attracts questionable guests. Other than that, it was nice.

Review hotel We recently stayed at the Century Plaza Hotel in Vancouver and had a great experience. The hotel's location is very convenient, situated right in the downtown Vancouver. It made exploring the city and accessing public transportation very easy. Our room was spacious, big space, clean, and well-appointed with a kitchen. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee and tea. The staff at Century Plaza were always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with any requests, which enhanced our stay even further. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant C|Prime, which served delicious Italian meals with a good variety of options. Overall, our stay at Century Plaza Hotel was fantastic. We will definitely return on our next trip to the city!

The location is fantastic, and the room was meticulously cleaned every day. They even tucked in my daughter's doll, which was such a thoughtful touch. The front desk staff were very welcoming. A truly excellent experience!
