GGuest UserThis hotel truly exceeded my expectations. We arrived around 8 AM, and they kindly offered a room for us to rest in immediately. By noon, we were moved to our main room, which was conveniently located right next door. Every single staff member, from the concierge to the front desk and customer service, was incredibly friendly and always wore a smile – such exceptional service is quite rare in Europe! The rooms boasted new facilities and impeccable cleanliness, even surpassing hotels like the Four Seasons or Ritz-Carlton we've experienced in China. The location is absolutely prime – right on the lake, directly opposite the Four Seasons, yet it costs only a third of their price. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Alexis made sure additional requests such as massages (as the hotel does not have an in-house spa) and courier pick-ups were as smooth as possible. What a man!

AAmie BlomqvistWe booked a delux king bedroom with a sofa bed but didn’t receive the room we originally booked. The hairdryer didn’t work. So I had to call for a new one that they delivered an hour later. The hotells spa was really great as it’s free access to the pool, sauna , steam room and jacuzzi. (No hotspring available as said on the website). Good hotell shuffle bus service to the airport! Would absolutely stay again!

GGuest UserGood location near Geneva Lake and from the airport. Train station and public transport very accessible. Room size adequate though bathroom configuration is a little strange. If you are driving, be aware the basement garage access is extremely tight and if you have a big car, good luck not getting it damage, like I did. Breakfast is good too. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, though it was on the high $ side. But all of Switzerland is $$ side.

CChuanma613The rooms are very good. The train arrived in Geneva at midnight, and the taxi drove to Geneva in just over ten minutes. Even if you arrive late at night, the front desk staff is very welcoming. You need to pay to sit in the area on the first floor. The bathroom on the first floor is great!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is in a great location, very close to the old town, the old town and the museum. You can ask the hotel for a transportation card, and you can take the bus for free, which is very close to various places. It is not new, but it is generally clean and tidy. The bathroom is very clean, and the toiletries are Clarins. The room facilities are really simple, just a coffee machine and cups, and the refrigerator is still not turned on and is empty. The chocolate and candy sent by the hotel are not bad.
The girl and boy at the front desk are very indifferent and their faces are more smelly than yelling

GGuest UserThe hotel is very conveniently located, with shopping malls, cafes, and pharmacies nearby... It is on the same line as the Four Seasons Hotel, and next to the lake, it is very pleasant to walk or run along the lakeside~ In short, the location is still very good~
The hotel room is a bit cramped, with a room of more than 30 square meters, and the bathroom space is OK. The room can only accommodate a bed and a sofa... The welcome fruit is very fresh~ Maybe I am used to large rooms, it looks a bit tight😓 But it may be considered good in Europe~
The best thing is the breakfast. The restaurant is on the street. In the morning, have a cup of coffee, eat something, look at the street view, and the birds fly around...
Refreshing, this is the leisurely European slow life🌞
