Facilities: Although it is a hotel more than 10 years old, the overall maintenance is still good. The suite I stayed in had a slight leak in the living room window, but because the air conditioner was powerful and I didn't stay in the living room at night, it basically didn't affect it. The floor had a few bulges, after all, it was this age. The outdoor hot spring was very powerful, very refreshing, and the temperature was suitable.
Hygiene: Generally clean and tidy, no complaints.
Service: The price is here, and the child's extra bed was also available at 10 o'clock in the middle of the night, and it was quickly fixed. Good reviews. However, many of the buffets in the evening are pre-prepared dishes, which are not recommended. We had dinner in the Chinese restaurant for 3 days. The overall quality of the dishes was ok, but many of the service staff were new, and management and training needed to be strengthened. The breakfast was basically the same as most five-star levels.
Skiing: There is your own snow house, which is not very crowded. We basically borrowed ski equipment on the first day and returned it on the last day. The equipment is generally relatively new. However, this cabinet is really expensive at 100 a day. It was borrowed for 5 days and 500 was gone. The snow house is relatively close to the intermediate trail. It takes 7-8 minutes for a novice to walk with equipment to the big magic carpet, and 4-5 minutes to the small magic carpet.
I didn't experience much else.

GGuest UserThe room is in a community, there is a security guard at the door, the community is also very quiet, and the small forest next door is very beautiful. The landlord is very enthusiastic, helped answer many many questions, and recommended many local food, drink and fun strategies. My mobile phone accidentally dropped in the scenic spot, and the landlord was also very enthusiastic to give the address and help receive it back to me. The heating in the room is also very sufficient, the room is not cold at all, the key things need to be said again: the landlord is very Nice, warm and beautiful!

The only reason I chose this hotel is that they can help me book tickets and it is close to the entrance of Changbai Mountain (but I didn't expect it to be so close, probably less than 100 meters, it feels like I can see this pointed ticket gate after walking two steps)
It is indeed a bit inconvenient to go out to other attractions, but we are mainly here to go to Tianchi so it's okay.
The room environment is better than I expected, quite clean, and similar to the style of Beipo Lanjing
And the front desk service is very enthusiastic, especially a sister with round eyes who really tries to meet our needs as much as possible. We didn't bring a hot pack and couldn't find the store, and she also helped us find a colleague.

JJiejieIt was a very comfortable experience. The cute little squirrel successfully captured the children. The comfortable and soft big bed relieved the fatigue of the journey. The location of the inn is only one minute away from the scenic spot. The beautiful boss was warm and thoughtful, and recommended the kids to go blueberry picking. There was delicious Korean food. In the evening, when my son got stuck in his throat after eating fish, he helped me make an appointment with the chef to accompany me to the county hospital for two hours... GGuest UserA great hotel, great value for money! It's not good in one aspect, but a hotel that is particularly good in all aspects. It is almost perfect in this price range of tourist attractions! It is the best hotel I have ever stayed in! Highly recommended! I saw other people's comments saying it was very cold before, but we stayed for three nights in a row, and it was not cold at all, and even felt a little hot. We even opened the window to sleep at night.

Although the rafting time is short, it is very photogenic and you can definitely see the rime! The amenities is share basic for the onsen need to be pay services charge for the towel, kids above 140 subject adult surcharge! Hidden cost compare to other hotel which we stay before. Most important is the bus shuttle provided is so limited seat and time slot!! And the service guy *** introduce us go outside hotel service such as dining in the ice room. Unhappy things happen the meat we order cannot been cook after boil more than 5 to 10min even 20min! And so many amenities which hotel have the best he told us hotel food taste average!!! The management still look into this staff!

GGuest Usera very local experience in a village's homestay right outside the ski resort. a good chance to experience central woodfire heating, local-style bedding, and the famous Northeastern hospitality at an affordable price! if you're looking for a night or two outside the city, this place will be good for you. the owner was nice enough to send us off to the ski resort for us to check-in to our other hotel when we checked-out here! although it might be useful to note that English will be non-existent for foreigners so come prepared with google translate and you'll be fine!

GGuest UserIt is the tallest hotel in Luneng and is worthy of the title of ”Meishing Pavilion”. When the weather is good, you can see Changbai Mountain outside the window! The only drawback is that it is a bit far from the commercial street and the ski resort, and you have to wait for the shuttle bus. It is suitable for young couples~
The overall environment of Luneng is also good, suitable for friends who want to try skiing but have no basic skills~ and it is more suitable for friends with children, because there are really many things for children to play, and the equity projects they bring can be played for 2 days~ It is worth recommending~

GGuest UserI enjoyed my stay here in this ski resort. The service is superb and we have a dedicated butler who recommended us good food and nice activities. There are plenty of things to do here - ski, snow mobile, hot spring, water park etc. The ski slope is just a minutes walk from the hotel.
The negative part is that though we were provided a smoke-free room, we can still smell cigarette smoke at the corridor, and sometimes in the room.

夏夏丽The hotel is well located, about 30 min by taxi from Baishan Changbaishan airport, 10 min walk from the West slope departure center as well as many restaurants.
It looks majestic from the outside and inside, although a bit old.
You can enjoy inside and outside hot springs of different kinds and temperatures.
There is a huge buffet with various choices for breakfast (Chinese dishes mainly, two kind of fruits and some Western options).
The room was very spacious and comfortable. The carpet floor was not very clean and the room smelled like cigarette on the first day, although we asked for a non smoking room. After leaving the window open the whole day it was better and the smell did not come back.
