They are beautiful and generous as their name suggests, and their kind care made my mother feel very warm and moved. Considering my mother's high blood sugar, Those who could not be eaten were specially told not to put them away, and the cucumbers and fruits were washed and given to us, so that we could feel the warmth of home. SSiew MunIt was my first time staying at Park Hyatt Changbaishan, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The butler service was truly exceptional, and a special shoutout to Romy, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She was incredibly caring and thoughtful, helping us arrange transport and even assisting with sending a parcel back to Malaysia. We were here for a birthday celebration, and she surprised us with a free room upgrade, which made the trip even more special.
The food at the hotel was delicious and comforting, though we do hope for more variety in the future. The breathtaking views and the overall experience were perfect, and we can’t wait to return for another stay.
One suggestion for improvement: it would be great if there were a map to make the area more tourist-friendly. There are many shops around the hotel, but we didn’t realize this until after skiing. A guide would make exploring the area much easier for guests.

KKamenikThe hotel is in a nice skiing area. Just leave and there is the first lift. The rooms are sufficient but maybe not standard for a 4 stars hotel. Example no rain shower, no iron to iron shirts.
Unfortunately the room we booked the heating was not working which is by minus 12 a no go. Therefore it was necessary to move in another room. The employees were very nice and helpful and tried to do the best to solve it immediately.
The restaurant I tried only 2 times. For the Christmas dinner and one for lunch a noodle soup. The dinner was just a ok except the backed ham was delicious. The noodle soup was not really good for the price.
The breakfast is standard Chinese breakfast. I loved there the noodle soup. (Why not at lunch?)
and the Chinese pancake are also very good.
The lobby bar is nice place to relax but the training for the stuff have to improved. I asked for semi dry red wine. Lately I picked a bottle by myself based on the grapes and my experience cause no help here and to open the bottle the waiter had to search first and opener. But the Cabernet Sauvignon was good. A recommendation is the coffee black no milk no sugar in the lobby bar. Very good.
Worth mention there were a lot of coupons included in thbooking like for skiing, hot springs and son on.
Summary the hotel is worth staying but they should also consider some improvements.

AAUNG SOEI had an excellent experience at Swissotel and would like to commend the staff for their outstanding service. Checking in late at night, 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 went above and beyond, insisting on carrying our luggage and escorting us to our room. The responsiveness via WeChat at all hours was impressive. Any issues we raised, with these 5 staffs that we encountered were promptly addressed, and resolutions were provided without delay. The breakfast offerings were comprehensive, featuring both Western and Chinese cuisine; however, it would be helpful to have forks, spoons, and water readily available. Despite the demagnetization issue with the key card, the staff, especially 刘基扬 and 王国琪, responded instantly to our messages and ensured a swift resolution. Overall, our stay was marked by exceptional service, and I want to extend special thanks to 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 for their commendable efforts.

1-The ski resort is not big. It is very friendly to beginners, and there are good routes for intermediate players to practice. Advanced players may find the black trails less exciting, but fortunately, the park props are well designed, and the forest trails are great after snow. 2-If conditions permit, go to the Costin ski equipment hall to borrow a board. The style is more advanced, the quality is better, and it's newer. The space capsule is new and well-equipped. I was originally worried that it would be too cold at night, but unexpectedly I was woken up by the heat in the morning. The bed is moderately soft and easy to sleep on, and the hot water is also very hot. There is also a starry sky ceiling and a projector to play videos. It is very special to have such enjoyment in this ice and snow place. You can also feel that the boss pays attention to the details of the decoration, which is very good!
The most fun thing is ice fishing. I originally came to this tent for ice fishing. I caught three fish in the morning and 14 fish in the afternoon. The boss’s father was very considerate and helped to light the charcoal fire to string the fish. He was also worried that we wouldn’t be able to catch any fish and taught us how to do it. This time I took my husband and children to Changbai Mountain for vacation. I am very happy that I chose to book this space capsule camping area. The landlord is very enthusiastic, helped answer many many questions, and recommended many local food, drink and fun strategies. My mobile phone accidentally dropped in the scenic spot, and the landlord was also very enthusiastic to give the address and help receive it back to me. The heating in the room is also very sufficient, the room is not cold at all, the key things need to be said again: the landlord is very Nice, warm and beautiful!
