Great hotel, convenient location, river view room has magnificent view of Tao Jiang, good housekeeping, helpful staff, delicious tea at lobby.. Very good breakfast with large selection. Convenient laundry facility. Excellent banquet food. My only suggestion is to enforce the non-smoking policy in public areas and in non-smoking rooms because the smoking smell stays.

I was passing by Longnan and found this place temporarily. I was very satisfied with it overall. The room was large, well decorated, and soundproofed. The bedding and toiletries were all good. It was very cost-effective!!! Highly recommended! The public area was not very clean, and the elevator was not very clean. The breakfast was average and the service was not very good.

We received a small gift: a toiletry bag, a refrigerator magnet, and a small fan. The overall environment was quite good. The first room we were given smelled of cigarette smoke upon entering. I reported this to the front desk and asked for a different room, and they helped me find one. The service was quite good. There was one minor issue: I left my dirty clothes in the laundry room with a note, but no one took care of them. Overall, it was okay. I hope the hotel service gets better.

The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Front desk staff member 006 was warm and attentive. The location is convenient for getting around, and the toiletries were well-stocked. Overall, it's excellent value for money. My stay was incredibly satisfying, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

The hot spring water here is excellent, and the surrounding air is fresh. The room facilities are great, and the outdoor hot spring views are also quite good, with lush greenery. There's even a swimming pool and small soaking pools for children! We didn't want to leave. The hot springs are genuinely natural, and since it's close by, I've soaked a few times. My skin feels so smooth, and my complexion and skin condition are great every morning! I'll definitely come back next time!

Everything matches the description! Another masterpiece from Tianmu Group! It's definitely a hidden gem of a resort, and not too crowded! The only downside was the supposedly private hot spring pool in the room; it only had hot water, and the hot spring pipes were just for show, which was a bit disappointing! The fluoride hot spring is worth a soak, but there aren't many different types of pools, and it was a bit quiet in the morning. The resort's location isn't very commercialized, but everything else is great!

The hotel services under the Conrad brand are different. There is a separate laundry room on the third floor, which really understands the needs of tourists. Traveling for many days to change laundry in the washing machine early in the morning, and you can ask the staff to help dry it. We lightly loaded the scenic spot for a whole day. When we returned to the room, the clothes were already arranged and hung properly. The fresh atmosphere of sun drying was full of sunshine. The intimate service was really warm. I will choose here next time I come to Ruijin to stay!
