Hainan returned to Shanghai to stay on the hotel to give us a big surprise. The hotel is very grand. It is like a Hakka Tulou. The front desk lady helped us upgrade the room type. It is very good. Wet and dry separation. There is welcome fruit. The bedding is excellent. The smart toilet is great. Breakfast is of course very good. Excellent, worth experiencing again. In addition, there is a newly opened small city story business district in the small city. It is very amazing. There are many local hot local meals in it. The price is very high. It is worth a visit.

I booked the hotel twice in a short time. This time I booked a parent-child room. The atmosphere was full. The details of the parent-child room were also good. The facilities were new and the environment was good. The breakfast buffet had more varieties and tasted good. I will choose it next time.

I was passing by Longnan and found this place temporarily. I was very satisfied with it overall. The room was large, well decorated, and soundproofed. The bedding and toiletries were all good. It was very cost-effective!!! Highly recommended! The public area was not very clean, and the elevator was not very clean. The breakfast was average and the service was not very good.

We received a small gift: a toiletry bag, a refrigerator magnet, and a small fan. The overall environment was quite good. The first room we were given smelled of cigarette smoke upon entering. I reported this to the front desk and asked for a different room, and they helped me find one. The service was quite good. There was one minor issue: I left my dirty clothes in the laundry room with a note, but no one took care of them. Overall, it was okay. I hope the hotel service gets better.

This hotel is not bad, the facilities are perfect, the parking is convenient, there is a 24-hour convenience store in the lobby on the first floor, the breakfast is clean and delicious, the clerk service is warm, and the overall is quite good!

This stay far exceeded my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was greeted with impeccable service. The receptionist was warm and professional, and check-in was quick and easy. The room was spacious, bright, clean, and the bedding was so comfortable it felt like sleeping on a cloud; I slept soundly all night. The hotel facilities were also excellent, especially the swimming pool and gym, which allowed me to stay energized during my trip. Most importantly, all the staff were always smiling and proactively greeting me, making me feel incredibly welcome. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time and will recommend it to my friends!

I stayed for two consecutive nights, and the hotel's location made getting around very convenient. Walking around the hotel felt like a scenic tour in itself. The front desk manager was incredibly helpful and always responsive to any requests! I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit! All the hotel staff were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. The environment is also fantastic, and most importantly, it's clean and hygienic. For the price, staying at this hotel is truly excellent value for money. I'll certainly return if I have the chance.

I booked a parent-child room. The child liked it very much. The staff was not aware of the service. I went to the 3rd floor. I didn’t know where the room was. I met a staff member and asked. She took me there, but I saw that I was carrying the luggage. It was heavy, almost falling off, and I didn’t even know to come and help me take it. I couldn’t open the door of the room and didn’t help me. I told the aunt that there were no children’s slippers. I always said yes. I didn’t believe what I said. Later, my aunt came in and took a look. I believed it. The whole hotel except the security uncle at the door was very good and enthusiastic. Praise the security uncle, other staff, Including the staff on the hot spring side, there is no service at all, the attitude is not very good, and the lobby is too dark, a bit gloomy, but the hot spring environment is very good, give the hot spring a thumbs up!
