GGuest UserAn experience that exceeded all expectations! The moment we stepped into the room, we all gasped in awe. Sitting on the balcony's lounge chair, sipping tea while facing the sea was incredibly relaxing. They even provided a welcome souvenir. Messages were always answered instantly, which made the whole experience fantastic.

AAnonymous UserThe room, as almost always, has a slight smell of cigarettes and stale smoke. The curtains smell of smoke, and the sheets have an unpleasant odor even though they appear clean. The bathroom had...The toilet seat had drops of dried yellow urine underneath. The room floor wasn't perfectly clean. The breakfast was adequate, although something was completely missing some Sweet or pastry.
Overall I wouldn't avoid it but I would hope for more attention.

The new hotel was clean and tidy. The front desk was also warm. The consultation questions were also answered in time. A good choice! Much better than we lived before, come back next time.

GGuest UserHygiene: I am particularly dissatisfied with the hygiene. There is a damp carpet smell when you come in. This kind of carpet is very unfriendly to guests with allergies. There is even cigarette ashes left by the previous customer on the carpet.
Service: Although the hygiene is very poor, I gave feedback to the customer service department and they immediately came to vacuum the carpet. This is not bad.
Facilities: Because the room had a strong damp smell, I turned on the air conditioner all night. The air conditioner kept making strange noises and I kept being woken up. I couldn't sleep at all.
I originally wanted to change rooms because of the air conditioner, but I thought about moving to another room after vacuuming the carpet and smelling the musty smell, so I couldn’t bear it.

Fortunately, the breakfast includes Chaoshan authentic pork rice noodles and braised meat, which is very delicious. If I want to go to Chaozhou, Sister Xiao Lu at the front desk can help me call a taxi, which saves me a lot of trouble and the service is great.
