Yi1111yiThe hotel is close to the Ninth Park and the surrounding area is quite lively. The room is large, but the balcony is connected to the next room. When we did not open the balcony door, the waiter actually opened the door when we were out. He kept saying that Bogota's security is average, so I was a little scared! Everything else is OK, but there is a subway being built next to it, which is a bit noisy

The hotel is located in an affluent area of Bogotá, surrounded by six- and seven-story residential buildings. It's a 5-8 minute walk to a variety of restaurants (Vietnamese pho, Korean cuisine, American burgers, BBQ). The hotel is clean and tidy. The only problem is that the second floor often has a bad odor. 😭 (I stayed in a second-floor suite on the 29th, but decided to move to a higher floor today. 😂) The housekeeping staff was happy to take care of the room. 🥹 The reception was warm and helpful, and spoke fluent English. The hotel breakfast is an 85 out of 100, especially for the hot lamb soup. 😁 I haven't tried the hotel lunch yet. 😅 Dinner (pictured) is Chinese pork ramen (the pork tasted disappointing) with champagne. It's around 128,000 pesos ($230). Suggestion: Go out and find something to eat. 😅😆

Dr. Julio BernalI am bias with this place. I did an intership in this hotel 28 years ago and I absolutely love Hotel Hacienda Santa Barbara. It is still quite elegant and the area where is located is one of the best in the city. The service, the room, the bathroom, they are all great. I really love the breakfast buffet for the top quality of the food and the variety of native Colombian fruits. The staff (Edwin in the front desk, Don Pedro and Ana in the restaurant..) are extremely helpful and efficient. I will alway try to book this place whenever in Bogotá. Thank you

First room was very dirty, floors not cleaned, shower did not drain, shower head sprayed everywhere and was not located per our request.
Second room was better but overall maintenance in the rooms lacking. Toilet water connection leaking for some time, sink leaking, closet door did not function well, water damage throughout bathroom area.
Staff overall were okay, restaurant staff were really good and we enjoyed the happy hour food and drinks.
Location is excellent in terms of available restaurants and other serviced.

The transportation is very convenient, and the breakfast is good too. I'll definitely drink the freshly squeezed orange juice tomorrow! The receptionist is very handsome. It seems that for domestic flights here, Ctrip says you need to print your own boarding pass, but I asked the receptionist to help me print it!

Recommended by a client, this hotel is conveniently located about 8 km from the airport, a roughly 20-minute ride-hail away. Getting to surrounding areas by taxi or ride-share is also very convenient. With a police station directly across the street, I felt incredibly safe and secure! P.S. Just a heads-up: many areas in the city center are currently under road and subway construction, leading to significant traffic congestion.

The location is great! There is a bus stop next to the hotel, and the transportation is very convenient. You can go to the supermarket within walking distance. If you have time, you can play in the swimming pool and sauna on the top floor.

Amazing new studio, with excellent design and quality minimalistic furniture. Has everything one could feel in comfort - including a kitchenette and a washing machine, which I didn't need for my short stay, but for a longer stay would be great. Nice minimalistic bathroom with all that matters (a big shower head and nice toiletries). Modern lighting and controls, more than enough plugs around the room, great wifi too. Super comfortable bed, everything is sparkling clean (and quite new). This area of Bogota is very nice, clean and close to a park, not too crowded either. The only thing I didn't like was the slow check in and the little extra bureaucracy there, but I guess it's the government that sets those rules and the owners just need to follow them.

A wonderful place to stay. 15 minutes taxi ride for the downtown area (staff will arrange a ride for you). The restaurant is first class, delicious and fresh ingredients. They also provide a few nice extras with your meal free of change. The rooms are clean and the bed is extraordinarily comfortable. But the best thing is the staff. warm and friendly and happy to help with any aspect of being in Habana. I can not recommend this place highly enough.

Long established downtown hotel (not to be confused with its namesake the Tequendama hotel - one block away). The location is convenient for accessing public transport and the airport - although it can at first feel a little intimidating particularly at night when the area is much quieter and there are not so many options for eating. The hotel itself offers spacious suite style rooms which although a little dated are well maintained and kept very clean. I also was not aware of any noise from other guests. The WiFi was a bit patchy, and the hot water could take a while to work through (possibly because I was on a higher floor).
Breakfast was substantial with a number of local dishes, which for me were a little heavy - so perhaps more lighter options could be considered. I didn't use either the gym or spa so can't comment.
Finally, all of the staff I had contact with were very approachable and professional. I generally communicated in Spanish but I believe that the reception staff at least had English language skills. Overall, I consider that the hotel offered good value for money for the price I paid (c.£43 per night)
