Spa hotels in Gran Canaria

The buffet is not booked, the other two have to be booked in advance but it is also free. The back door of the hotel can be directly connected to the sea by brushing the room card, or you can go to the seaside. They are restaurants, bars and shops. You can imagine how lively it will be during the peak season. And this street is so long that you can walk 40 ➕ minutes while walking, eating and drinking all the way. The roadside is a five-star hotel. You can see the swimming pool and restaurant of other hotels. You are ready to change to a hotel next time. It was great again. Sea view room near the boulevard. Nice dining and fantastic wellness and sauna. Personal service and therefore reason for many people to come back. Tonight.

Great hotel right by the sea with a great garden! The restaurant was great! Unfortunately for a 5 star hotel, there was little water in the room and Nespresso machine. There was also no cosmetics or soap! Service in the room was OK

The good part is people are very nice and.friendly, super helpful. Service is good as well. Location is perfect, touristic, but not too crowdy. However, hotel facility is not well maintained. Our doors in the room can barely be closed, bathroom is pretty dirty, i can see mold in the corner, the structure of the room is weird, at night, u need to close all doors in the room to avoid lights in the hallway ourside of the room, breakfast is just soso, have all the basics, but not tasty. boiled eggs are even cold. We didnt use the swimming pool, cannot comment on that.

The hotel's scenery and environment are exceptionally good and very relaxing. The seawater bath spa and the infinity spa pool facing the sea are definitely worth experiencing. The service is also on point, though it's a shame that most of the staff don't speak English. They also messed up my room service order three times. 😅

Magnicico albergo in posizione panoramica. Tra i più belli 4 stelle in cui ho soggiornoato. Merita da solo un viaggio apposta a Gran Canaria. Pulitissimo, e arredato molto bene (la mia camera aveva anche 1 belle poltroa un divano. Bellissimo il terrazzo privato panoramico on sedute). Spazi comuni magnifici come il salone con divani e biblioteca, sala ristorante, terrazza panoramica e giardino spa con piscina panoramica. La migliore colazione che ho fatto in vita mia in alberghi di questa fascia 4 stelle! Prodotti locali e non di altissima qualità e cucina espressa la mattina. Salmone servaggio, formaggio di capra locale, dolci di qualità superiore ecc. Tovaglie bianche con il logo della catena Paradores.

Great staff. The service is true because the needs of guests are taken into account. Eating delicious and very clean. Overall very recommended.

The “Pool View Suite” had no view of the Pool. No way are they of 4 Star Standard either. Lots of Cracked tiles and very shoddy and aged.. Food was very good and plentiful.. The staff extremely friendly, but at €300 a night, we felt very cheated with everything about Room 812 that was deemed a “Pool View and Garden View Suite”!! Besides zero view of the Pool, it was of very aged decor and in urgent need of modernisation.. Not to  mention the Gardeners making noise with machinery from around 4am In the morning.. Would not return

The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre and is located in the heart of the city centre. But certainly the 10 is for all your staff; for a small problem, I tried with several receptionists, the staff of dining rooms, room care, and the treatment and solution was excellent. The hotel is located at the northwest end of the island. It is a relatively small area for tourists. The location is very secluded. It is suitable for a quiet and quiet vacation. It is a few minutes walk to Agaete Natural Pools. Several natural swimming pools on the beach are recommended by locals. This swimming pool is very comfortable to swim in.
