房間燈光太暗，抽水馬桶按鈕實在是按不動😿打電話要求送刀叉到房間竟然需要付5歐元房間服務費，實在是不可思議。我們是兩人住兩晚的，第二天服務員搞房間衹給我們換了一條浴巾，用掉的牙刷、浴帽也不補上這麼高檔的五星級酒店真的是太需要提升服務質量了！

Absolutely wonderful hotel with attentive and service minded staff. Our superior room had a nice balcony and a comfortable bed. Make sure you add the delicious breakfast buffet to your booking. We will be back for sure!

Must stay
From check in to check out seamless process, staff were superb and all went the extra mile to look after there guests. Great restaurants on site and easy commute everywhere.

Absolutely fantastic week at the Santa Catalina - Royal Hideaway Hotel!!
Half board, so we got to enjoy the delicious daily breakfast at the Hotel followed by dinner at the 1890 La Bodeguita - fabulous food & service at both!
The hotel is just so beautiful and staff cannot do enough for you through your entire stay!
We had 3 spa sessions to enjoy even more relaxation during the stay!
Cannot recommend this hotel enough - will definitely be returning!!

Outstanding service, exceptional breakfast, great spa, extra comfy beds, piano playing every evening, surrounded by a beautiful park, every team member went above and beyond. We got chocolates and cava, and silk towel to put our feet on every morning. A corner of paradise. We'll be back :)

Lovely hotel, great welcome but slow check in. Staff exceptional very helpful and friendly
Beds very comfortable and linen was high quality. Large fluffy towels
Lovely spacious balconies with hot tub
Tv/ mirror was a lovely touch
Bathroom mirror excellent
Also coolysystem air con fans etc were very efficient and quiet
