Adam and Mark and his team were truly amazing and came to me and wife's rescue over the new year. We were booked somewhere else which was a dump and we found the B resort where we asked if they could accommodate us on New years eve at short notice. As they were not officially open they were ready to help us out. So the rooms were clean, fresh and done to a high spec. The en suite shower was perfect and the beds so comfy you wanted to sleep all day. The pool was refreshing and sunbeds to relax on. Sadly as they were still working on the resort, we could not get food, but did have the option to buy drinks, which was fine with us. All the staff were helpful and friendly, offering advice on places to see, eat or even to have a drink. The views at night across the water were amazing. This resort is across the bridge from the main centre which is perfect for relaxing with only being a 5 minute walk from everything. This hotel has a great future ahead and the potential is massive once everything is in place, great location, great decor, great facilities and amazing staff. Good luck.

The hotel has only been open for 6 months, so everything is in better condition than a lot of hotels in the area. What makes the hotel though are the staff! They are constantly smiling and can’t do enough for you. We will definitely miss them all 😘 As well as the complimentary breakfast, we ate at the hotel most nights. The food was some of the best we have had in Cambodia, from the local Amok curry and Lok Lak, to the Steak and Pepper Corn Sauce. The roof top bar is great for evening drinks and watching the sunset. I would highly recommend this hotel ❤️

Beautiful setting with choice of rooms n chalets. By the riverside which is therapeutic. Good breakfast spread, free mini bar, new bathroom fittings. Reasonable pricing. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access. Has 2 pools. Fairly new facilities which are well kept.

I had a satisfying vacation thanks to the facilities and friendly staff that were better than I expected. Although it was not large, I enjoyed swimming with my family in the private pool in the form of a pool villa. The resort was located next to the river, so the view was great, and the free activity of water bike was memorable, and the riverside bike ride was also an unforgettable experience.

Absolutely loved my stay here, Mike, Michelle, Farr, Nene and Rady are all amazing very hospitable friendly people! &make your stay very comfortable. I kept extending my stay and even stayed down in the dorms afterwards. Such a lush place, with a natural pool, gym and spa facilities - not to mention the yummiest food and a menu that caters for all! 10/10 would recommend to anyone going to Kampot, would definitely stay again too 😁

IIanWhat can I say….. a really great hotel. Very close to bars and restaurants. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Any request I had was dealt with very professionally. The hotel itself was very modern and very clean. The room was very nice with a very comfortable bed. The rooftop pool any cafe in was an oasis in the city that I thoroughly enjoyed and it’s one of the best I’ve stayed in for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend and I will definitely stay again when I return to kampot.

Small compex ( In high rise you spend all day waiting for elevators!!!) ,with great attention to detail about everything in th hotel! Once again quiet location , so no traffic noise etc.!
The staff where excellent in every thing. If you have a car or motor bike ,then the location isn't as big an issue ,but without that ,you have to use a tuk tuk all the time to go any where.
Would stay again , but would have a motor bike on hand next time!

Love this hotel I have been there on the weekend with my friends and the hotel’s location is simply idyllic. Situated just a short distance from Kompot town center, it offers easy access to local attractions while providing a peaceful sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle. The views of the river and the mountains from the hotel is breathtaking.

The hotel is new and modern, but far from the town centre. It has two small pools, neither of which looked particularly appealing, especially the one on the Boutique side. My room (311) was clean and tidy, but the bathroom had some problems. The bath was not installed properly and could have fallen over as it wasn't silicone sealed to the floor (no building safety checks in Cambodia). The bath tap had no hot water, only the shower did. The shower had no door, so the water splashed onto the floor and wall. This caused dampness in the bedroom wall. The room was supposed to be 40m2, but it was definitely smaller, even with the balcony. The hotel was also very noisy. There was a railway line next to it with passenger and freight trains passing by. Across the street, there was a house with chickens and a dog. The roosters started to crow at 4:30am and the dog barked soon after. I could not do anything about them because they belonged to a private Cambodian house. The best part of the hotel experience was the breakfast (except for the flies on the food that is sitting out) and the staff. They were all friendly.

GGendutRoom is simple and Clean. the service is good. There are lots of night bar and restaurants serving local food and beer. I’m on business trip and feels like I’m on holiday. If driving, be mindful of the traveling distance because the road is very bumpy

We had a super pleasant stay for 2 nights at the Pippali. The staff was really very friendly and supported as with everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool that is long enough for a good swim. The atmosphere was really relaxing. The breakfast has to be chosen from a menu.

GGuest UserA fantastic location on the river with a great bar/restaurant, a variety of rooms and friendly staff. There is a choice of 2 pools to enjoy. Cocktails on the deck on the river is a must. A quick 5 minute tuk tuk drive gets you into town. The owner is helpful, chatty and very interesting. Louis and Lady are the cute hotel dogs. A great place for couples of families.

GGuest UserI had a really nice stay here. The staff contacted me before I arrived and help arrange a free shuttle pick up from the bus stop. Kin picked me up and was helpful and polite. All the staff were friendly especially the bar staff. My room was clean and had a good range of English TV channels. The best part was the use of the different pools, great sun loungers and use of pool towels. I was also able to order room service. Hotel is within the pick up zone for day trips too. My only complaints were the shower was not hot and on my final night which was a Friday a group of visitors were very loud. I must have been the only guest on the second floor up until then as I heard no noise until the Friday, the people next door were having a party, screaming, shouting and banging doors till 03:00 in the morning. I couldn't sleep and it was disappointing. I didn't comfortable coming out of my room to head downstairs to complain. It would have been nice for the hotel staff to have asked them to keep the noise down. Other than that I had an enjoyable stay.

Framework and cleanliness, but ..... but ..... 1/ T.V H.S ........ 2/ A lot more serious, completely inoperative Wi-Fi !!!!!! 3/ without T.v or WI-Fi remains the reading alternative ..... impossible, head lamps H.S !!!!!! 4/ Party more than noisy on the mitoyan terrace, impossible to sleep before00h30 .... 5/ Sunday morning, lack of staff, breakfast INCLUS is summarized to a soup ..... thank you but not a soup ..... 6/ Detail but it is important, The table table of the balcony is completely dirty !!!!! In short, to avoid, the simple fact that I did not report the failure of the WI-FI in advance is unacceptable because I had professional documents to submit .... No justification but excuses .........
