A very secluded place, the guesthouse is located in a beautiful garden with many mango trees. The location is quiet, as it's away from the city. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. We rented a scooter to explore the area. The room is large and spacious, and the bed is comfortable.

The hotel is relatively new and is spotlessly clean. It is beautifully positioned on the bank of the river overlooking the town itself. The location could be seen by some to be a slight negative as you are across from the town- not in the town itself. This however only means a quick 10 minute walk or cheap grab ride. Perhaps the only negative for us was the shower drain was partially blocked and so the recess would fill when showering. A quick use of a plunger would fix this.

Great location right by the river with a bar and various seating areas, perfect for chilling out, all nestled under palm trees for shade. There's a small pool, a pool table, darts, and basic fitness equipment. The food offered is affordable and high quality. The best part, though, is the friendly and very attentive staff who create such a good vibe that you'll remember your vacation long after it's over.

Best Hotel in Kampot Don’t stay in room 2 it’s under the bar and the bass beats start at 7am and go to the wee hours Food is good staff is friendly expats are over the top rude and I even heard a guy yell “the south will rise again” so ya, we know why he’s out here But you won’t find a more central location, cooler rooms (neat little balconies) or a better DVD collection, anywhere in South East Asia Happy hour rules here Don’t make a mistake and stay somewhere else

Had to move rooms 3 times due to no working AC. Rooms themselves were comfortable and the bed was comfy. The breakfast had a couple of choices which were plated for you. The pool was nice and shady perfect for the hot season. Hotel staff were polite and helpful in booking bikes and tuk tuks. Good location a little out of town but a 5 minute walk to the seahorse fountain.

Very modern hotel for Kampot. But the location is far from riverfront. However, this makes it a very nice secluded and quiet area to stay. So if you are looking for a modern and quiet area, i highly recommend this hotel. Great value for money. You don't get many modern hotels like this in Kampot.

Overall picture is ok. There is no refrigerator in the room. The mezzanine floor where the kettle is placed is not strong. The pool is clean. The reception staff is ok.

In the center of the city, the transportation is convenient, and it is also close to the big market, so it is convenient to buy things!
