My stay at El Nido Resorts Lagen Island was nothing short of extraordinary. The staff's warmth and genuine hospitality were exceptional; they always wore smiles and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. From assisting with ferry bookings to surprising me on my birthday with a beautifully decorated bed and a delightful cake, their thoughtfulness was truly heartwarming. Special thanks to Carell, Jojo, Harnie, John, and Arvin for their outstanding support. The resort's happy vibe upon arrival sets the tone, and you leave with a smile, longing for more. The complimentary tours, seamlessly integrated into the package, were made exceptional by the supportive guides, creating a private and well-timed experience. Opting for the overwater bungalow was a unique and enchanting experience, adding to the paradise that is El Nido Lagen Island. The buffet-style meals offered three times a day were a culinary delight. I wholeheartedly recommend El Nido Resorts Lagen Island for an unforgettable and highly recommended getaway. AUG 2025- BEAUTIFUL weather to celebrate 50th Birthday in Paradise. Top-notch hospitality, warmth, and exceptional service!! I am long overdue in sharing my review, but I am excited to share my experience. My husband booked Seda Lio for my 50th birthday celebration. From the moment they picked us up from the airport in a golf buggy , which my boys loved, to the front desk, where we were greeted with drinks and a wonderful welcome, we knew we were in for a exceptional time. The service was unparalleled, led by Miggy, Devine, and their team. They upgraded us to a beautiful and spacious suite, closest to the beach. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and I must mention the delicious Taho and exceptional service provided by Jason and his team (forgot to mention the lady that served our table across the main door who was equally exceptional as well ). I received birthday cake greetings twice during breakfast, courtesy of Jason who made sure I blew my cake before we went for Island hopping, and again during dinner. Kuya Eddie was remarkable, making us feel safe during our island adventure and taking my sons snorkeling.And made my sons coconut palm hat. Seda Lio exceeded my expectations, making my 50th birthday celebration truly unforgettable. Thank you, and I cant wait to return to paradise.. 5 ⭐️

My husband and I celebrated our second year anniversary at Cauayan. We considered other resorts but we have definitely made the right choice. The island is just breathtaking! We were greeted with a warm welcome by the hotel staff and were escorted to our beautiful villa. My husband arranged a private tour of El Nido islands, where we ended up visiting about 7 spots with our guide even acting as our photographer (he took fantastic photos and videos too). In terms of food, the buffet breakfast offered a wide array of food selection. For lunch / dinner, we enjoyed all that we ordered (though some are really very spicy, so take note). The bar staff can concoct amazing drinks as per your mood & whim. I particularly enjoyed the spa and wished I booked a much longer massage. Our stay at the island became so much more meaningful when we witnessed hawksbill sea turtles being released to the ocean….As amazing as all these are, the best part of our stay in Cauayan is the friendly and customer focused staff. They prioritize the customers’ needs, always have a smile on their faces and have just made our stay in El Nido a memorable one. Thank you Cauayan and we will surely return for another amazing experience at your island!

If you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle and find a paradise, this is the best choice  The whole butler service, any request will be answered in seconds. The hotel is very new and the facilities are very good. There are many lounges where you can relax and play mahjong in the lounge, and it is a high-end electronic mahjong table. Superb haha Facilities: new very beautiful room hidden in the jungle, quiet Hygiene: clean Environment: I like it very much. Tropical jungle. High-end hotel. Walking on the small road. Relax. Service: Very satisfied, responsive, second reply 1 bottle of free wine: In the room received, thank you very much Free round-trip airport transfer: Very close to the airport

The hotel and its pool are great. It's right on the beach, next to restaurants where you can dine with your feet in the sand.

The hotel is well located and quiet. The room offers enough space, about 25m2. A terrible ”view” from the window onto a wall of the washroom/staff room is just awful. The bathroom is unfortunately extremely small and has no storage space for a toiletry bag or washing utensils. There is a clean and beautiful pool on the roof. From there you have a great view. The breakfast is by no means appropriate for the high price of the rooms. There is practically no fruit selection, the ”juices” are chemical crap and hardly edible. No yogurt, no cheese, no freshly ground coffee (which you would expect at these prices), no bacon, no real bread, just the usual toast nonsense.

The property is small and although not right in the beach it is only. ashore walk through the garden and past a few bungalows to the beach. Not sealt a swimable beach, a bit muddy during low tide. The staff were friendly enough but the toilet continues to have problems with flushing so I assume that either the sceptic tank has not been cleaned out for a long time or there is a plumbing problem, either way we solved the problem by putting sufficient water in the plast ic trash can and would use this to flush through after a big message, all in all not nice when staying two nights, and seeing that management did not do anything about this ( as reported in an earlier review). The bar busy the beach is uninspir8ng, no wonder all guests go nextdoor for happy hour drinks! Suggest to take the pool away and put a nice bar area so guest can enjoy sunset with a great bartender and incredible service then you could be way ahead. The owner manager should sit there every day and talk to guests to find out why guests don’t sit there and fix the problem, not rocket science. Breakfast service team and garden pool bar team zaling a good job.

The hotel is simply gorgeous. The view from the room was perfect, and breakfast overlooking the beach was especially nice. The room was clean, and the linens smelled delicious. The staff was very friendly. The beach was almost empty, just a minute's walk away. The perfect place for privacy.

The hotel's location pretty much forces you to rent a scooter; the closest beach, Vanilla Beach, is a 20-minute walk away. In 2026, the hotel was undergoing constant renovation noise. There's absolutely no soundproofing. The highway is right outside the windows, so motorcycles and trucks will keep you from getting any sleep. There were tiny ants running on the table in the room. On the bright side, the air conditioning in the room was good and quiet. They only provide two bars of soap, no shampoo, shower gel, or conditioner. There's a kettle, but no tea or coffee. The white bed linen was excellent. The renovation is new, but the shower was very poorly done. Housekeeping is only every other day and upon request, and they don't change the towels. I also want to mention the gym; it looks good in photos, but in reality, all the treadmills are broken, and the air conditioning in the gym doesn't work.

Upon arrival, I was a little surprised by the somewhat isolated road, but as soon as I arrived, I found a special place... beautiful, welcoming, the owner was friendly and thoughtful, she helped us with everything, then rented scooters that allowed us to explore the beaches, etc. Always hot water, air conditioning, satellite TV... swimming pool, in short, a dream. I will definitely be back.
