Nong Toey at check-in was lovely and provided clear, articulate information. We arrived a bit early and she helped us find a room so we could check in right away. The hostess at the breakfast restaurant remembered us and the table we sat at the night before, and even told us that our table from last night was still available. This shows great attentiveness! On check-out day, the security guard at the lobby had great energy, always greeting guests with a smile. Overall, I really liked it here. I will definitely come back again! ♥️

The staff waited for late check-ins. Starting with the location, it's a bit of a downside that it's not right on the beach, but overall, it's suitable for those who dislike crowds as it's a little removed from the tourist areas. The hotel is clean, and the room smells great – spacious and not at all cramped. Breakfast is quite good with all the usual offerings like noodles, coffee, tea, and dim sum. However, it's far from convenience stores, so I recommend buying what you need beforehand.

I stay here every single time I am in Pattaya. The deluxe rooms and suites have ultra-comfortable king beds, relaxing bathtubs, and spacious balconies overlooking the pool. Daily housekeeping is top-notch. Plus, the location is unbeatable, and low-season rates are excellen t. curtains block out the light perfectly. While the rooms have a stove, no pots or frying pans are provided, so you will need to bring your own if you plan to cook. There is also no washer or laundry service on-site and smart TV. Breakfast runs until 10:00 AM, which feels a bit early and there are rarely any fish. 🐜Tiny ants are present in all rooms ✔️Do not leave any trash, dirty dishes, or food on the table, especially overnight. While there are no cockroaches in the units, I guarantee they will show up if you leave any waste out. although the unit had a king bed and a single bed for three people, it only had one bedside table. We had to move the room's only chair between the beds just to have a place to put things.

The hotel is very conveniently located near Terminal 21. The grounds are well-maintained, and the staff are friendly. The rooms are very spacious, with only minor imperfections, and the linens are spotless. Breakfast deserves its own special mention: there's something for everyone. Cheese, cold cuts, three types of yogurt, various nuts, pastries, flatbreads, cakes, chips, rolls, fruits, ice cream, meat... the list goes on. There are pools of different depths, including a slide. The sea view is lovely. There are plenty of sun loungers for everyone, a gym, and a kids' club. There's also a club card available, but we didn't purchase it. We received a complimentary room upgrade to the 8th floor, which had a sea view, a very large room, and a sofa. The balcony even had two sun loungers, a table, and a shower.

The hotel is large and spacious, with a lush, shady environment. The rooms are exceptionally clean. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, and the service is excellent. The air conditioning in our room was a bit noisy, but when we informed the staff, they fixed it immediately. The swimming pool is huge, and the kids absolutely loved it!

Honeymoon room with seaviews is nice and clean, the food in the pool bar not good, indian restaurant and breakfast spread excellent, drinks at sunset bar could barely taste the alcohol in some glasses, cocktails at swim up poop nat surprisingly strong, overall it was a nice stay - relaxing valentines weekend, shout out to the housekeeping staff! every time we walk past a room they are cleaning, they wai and greet us with a smile. Even greeted us Happy Valentines day!!! The towel guys also goes out of their way to find you an empty lounge chair to use! I genuinely felt their hospitality! Frontdesk takes the whole digits of your credit card down after swiping it for security depoait,my husband felt unease/weird with it. Nonetheless everyone helpful

I like how clean the place is. The room is quite large with a larger-than-average bathroom so we felt very comfortable to stay. One complain is the room has a bit of dim light that make the room feel smaller than it actually is, and the walk way to the room is like you walk in a small alley where people keep maintenance stuffs. My room type was garden view. One thing that unexpected is there's no Thai massage facility or anything extra from normal Health land, like you want massage, you have to walk out of the hotel to the massage building on the main road. I was expecting a hotel with full spa and massage facility where I can just stay inside the hotel. The staff said that this hotel is pretty far away from tourist attractions, it's the place where people stay to relax 100%., but I still feel like the place lack facilities that made people be able to stay all day and relax. One more thing, don't miss happy hours, they made good cocktail. Overall, I'm happy and still recommend this place.

Stayed a few times now. Good location right next to some decent nightlife bars with some good local restaurants down the road and 7/11 and Tops shops. Good rooftop pool which is usually cool with any sea breeze.

Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. Arriving in the early morning after a long international flight, we were met with outstanding hospitality from the very first step into the lobby. Our room was absolutely stunning, featuring a private balcony with a breathtaking view. It was thoughtfully appointed with every amenity we could need. A particular highlight was the luxurious bath bomb provided—a must-try for any guest. The complimentary breakfast was superb, offering an impressive and delicious spread that exceeded all expectations. The on-site café and restaurant continued this standard of excellence, serving delightful cakes and beverages throughout the day. We are especially grateful to the hotel staff for making my husband's birthday so memorable. The surprise of a beautiful complimentary cake was a truly thoughtful touch that meant a great deal to us. Combining a stunning beachfront location with impeccable service and genuinely friendly staff, this hotel is a true gem. We cannot recommend it highly enough and look forward to returning.

The hotel facilities are pretty basic. In the triple room, there was only one working outlet by the bed, and the in-room Wi-Fi was bad, I couldn't connect. They have a pool, but it lacks privacy as it's right by the lobby entrance with people constantly coming and going. The biggest issue is the hotel's location; you need a taxi to get anywhere, and walking is out of the question. However, for the price, I guess it's acceptable.
