"In a newly developed area. All facilities are new and smart (including light buttons/smart toilets, etc.). The four pillows seem to be at different heights, which is very considerate and comfortable. The mineral water provided by the hotel is very delicious.
There are several good restaurants in the hotel. There are also very good coffee shops and a shopping mall within walking distance.
What I don't like is that the place where the shower gel is placed in the bathroom is very low? The previous guest can step there to take a shower. It doesn't seem very hygienic to put the facial cleanser in these places~ Everything else is good.
If you don't mind being a little far from the Disney park, I highly recommend this place~"

GGuest UserHotel is amazing but they are not ready for business. Hotel stuff were overwhelmed wait for restaurants and service at the restaurants were ridiculous. NO BEACH CHAIR to seat and not enough chair for hotel guest. we counted 58 chairs for 2000 guest . Very bad business. No signs in Conrad hotel where was where.
Not coming back to the hotel or restaurants on the property. Cebia restaurant we had horrible service and for the price they charge that should never happen.

MManbahaowangbiThe hotel was perfect. It's less than 20 minutes from the convention center, so transportation is decent. The breakfast was simple. The room was clean, and the stay was quiet. The price was too high during the exhibition, and there was a shortage of rooms. Luckily, I booked early for just over a thousand. They offer a free shuttle to the exhibition hall. Outlets are right next door, a 5-minute drive away. There are also a few restaurants nearby. For Cantonese Chinese food, you have to go to YH Seafood, a Michelin-starred restaurant that's always packed, so reservations are a must.

GGuest UserThe room facilities are relatively new and clean. However, the hotel often deducts money, and even reopens the pre-authorization deduction from your credit card after you leave the hotel. There are also repeated charges for room fees. Not recommended, be careful of pitfalls.

RRytel ReynoldsAbsolutely beautiful resort. We drove and arrived very late, staff was accommodating and got us to our room right away as we were very tired. Staff was top notch, room was immaculate and welcoming. Multiple pools to choose from, multiple restaurants to choose from. They offered fun family activities throughout the week that we stayed such as nightly movies, scavenger hunts, pool party, tie-dye shirts, plenty of arts and crafts to choose from for the week, so much fun! The only complaint we had was birds around the pool at the dig site kept pooping in the pool so the pool kept closing for maintenance. It was great that they kept closing to clean and re-check the pool pH it was just more annoying than anything because it had closed multiple times one day when it was 90° in very hot. Other than that everything was great! The cafeteria food was great and we also tried the three bridges restaurant which was excellent as well!

AAnonymous User這家酒店非常好，離MK最近，酒店二層直接可以乘坐小火車一站就到MK，晚上從MK出來乘坐火車的人特別特別特別多，這時候就可以到2號碼頭乘坐遊船回酒店。來奧蘭多迪士尼全程衹需要住一家酒店就好，完全不用換酒店（別問我是怎麼知道的）。這家酒店有遊船、火車、巴士可選擇，還可以用UBER，很方便的。
酒店房間很大，衞生很好，有手持花灑，不是那種掛牆式摘不下來的，也方便。
酒店餐廳21:00準時關門，我們回來晚了，晚飯沒吃成，啃了半袋餅乾，想回酒店吃晚餐的話，要安排好時間。

I didn't understand English and I was often worried, but the staff were very polite and kind. Even in situations where the language was difficult to understand, he explained with a smile and explained in an easy-to-understand manner, and I was able to spend my time with peace of mind. Thanks to my detailed concerns, I am really grateful to be able to stay comfortably. I would like to use it if I have another chance.

GGuest UserI basically booked for the location- being a woman solo traveller this is one of the only non Disney hotels that Mears connect airport buses serves (didn't want to get a taxi when my flight arrived in Orlando at 11pm by myself). The other perk is you get is early admission into the Disney parks for your say. Baring in mind I only stayed 2 nights, I'm not sure that the equivalent of £60! Resort fee I had to pay extra was worth it. The hotel was clean, motel style, akin to any other hotel in Orlando really. Arriving at midnight, I wanted to book the free Disney shuttle for the same day (which you can only do when you arrive) but it had sold out for the time that would get me to Hollywood studios for in time for early entry next morning! Luckily I managed to get on this without a booking. Overall the hotel is nice- but not worth it for a short stay not using the pool, unless youre a solo traveller worried about safety.

1. I confirmed with the hotel 2 days prior to my arrival they we would be there and they confirmed my reservation.
2. Date of arrival our flight got delayed. I contacted the hotel and confirmed my late arrival due to flight delay. They confirmed.
3. We arrive and the hotel didn’t have a room for us of the type we paid for. Fortunately they had a room but we’d have to move the next day.
4. We were compensated with free parking. That was appreciated.
5. Moved to our new room and the stench that came from the pullout bed cannot be described. It eas horrible. The entire room was filled by the pungent odor. Of course, this was discovered at night.
6. Spoke to the night manager and asked if they could swap the mattress out or change rooms and they said not likely. They gave me some points. Gee, that took care of the smell…
7. Next morning an older gentleman was on staff as manager and he was on it when I spoke with him. He had the maintenance crew in the room within 20 minutes. They took out the old mattress and replaced it with an almost new looking one.
You get what you pay for. Though they resolved our issues we decided to leave half way thru our trip. It was not worth it. The rooms are not in good condition as they appear on their website.
I appreciate their effort but to have to struggle with the staff multiple times, not worth it. We ended up staying at a WDW property with of course, we should have done since the beginning.

KKathyJV1. Initially we were put in a very substandard room. I had to complain to the front desk and then they moved us to an acceptable one (why didn't they do that in the first place?)
2. We stayed for 5 nights and only on the last day did they clean the room...unacceptable
3. Nobody is ever at the front desk to answer the phone when you call for something so you literally had to go downstairs in the cold to talk to someone
4. The carpet outside the room (#10308) and along the entire walkway to the elevator was soaked with water from a leak somewhere.
On a positive side, the bartender was very nice and the Manager was very helpful when we eventually spoke with her.

Its close proximity to the Orlando airport made it a convenient choice for our late arrival, though it did mean a longer drive to the port the following morning. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room itself was clean and met our expectations for a short overnight stay.
Breakfast was included, which was appreciated, but it fell just short of what most would consider a true continental breakfast. The selection was fairly limited, and the pastries in particular tasted more like day-old items than fresh offerings. Overall, it served its purpose for a one-night stay near the airport.
