The staff wouldn't allow us to bring the food upstairs. During the National Day holiday, the temperature was 7 degrees Celsius at night, but the hotel didn't turn on the central underfloor heating, so the room was a bit cold.

The food is also delicious, and the prices are incredibly reasonable (I believe that fairness is the highest standard for tourism in Western Sichuan). What made me feel most comfortable was the young man and woman working at the guesthouse. They were simple, warm, and always smiling. Their service was excellent; they proactively came to help with my luggage (even after I checked out). They even organized a dance performance in the evening, proving the strong musical and dancing genes of ethnic minorities. No video or photos can replace experiencing it firsthand.

I have to give this hotel a huge shout-out! I forgot to take pictures of the room, but it was exactly the same as in the pictures. The room was spotless, every corner was meticulously cleaned, and it was incredibly comfortable. The owner was extremely welcoming and responsive to any needs. When we ran out of bottled water, they proactively refilled it for free – so generous and heartwarming! A special shout-out to the receptionist – her service was absolutely perfect! She was gentle, patient, and spoke softly. Check-in was incredibly quick, and she was all smiles throughout. She answered all our questions in detail. A large part of my wonderful stay was thanks to her. It's excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.
