I found out that the price dropped from 300 to 230 after I checked in (I didn't actually check in, I went out to eat after checking in). I contacted Ctrip, and Ctrip said that the hotel did not agree to refund the difference, and Ctrip would make up the difference. I like Ctrip.

The hotel is located on the main road of the county town. It has its own garage. The hotel is run by three ******* brothers and opened this year. It has its own elevator. The owner is very enthusiastic. There are restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The window is opposite to the Gelug Monastery. My wife had a little altitude sickness, and the owner sent the oxygen machine directly to the room. It is a very good hotel and worth recommending.

The mountain view room is really worth it. The room on the 3rd floor is just high enough to have a telephone pole. The room on the 4th to 5th floor should be better. The bathroom has sufficient hot water and water pressure, but the only drawback is that the shower head is broken and the top of the wall is wet and the paint is peeling off. The view from the rooftop terrace for breakfast is a plus, and the ingredients are filling.

Facilities: Complete and adequate for all accommodation needs. The shower had good hot water. Cleanliness: Clean bedding and cleaning supplies were generally acceptable. Environment: Convenient transportation and parking are also available. The shaded ground floor parking lot is a plus. Right next to the hotel is a very good ”Sichuan and Yu Food Restaurant”—clean and hygienic, with a wide variety of dishes, generous portions, and no overpriced fees! Very convenient! Service: Ms. Geng, the front desk clerk, was cheerful and enthusiastic, helping with our luggage and providing us with tips. The cleaning lady was very friendly and gave me several bottles of water.
