2-Star Hotels in Haixi Prefecture

Traveling with friends, we booked two queen rooms and one twin room. The environment and facilities were pretty good, though I didn't take any pictures. The chain hotel's service was excellent. We had five people but only three breakfast vouchers for our three rooms. The front desk kindly gave us two extra, so we all enjoyed breakfast at the hotel. The breakfast spread was rich, and the food tasted great, with plenty of snacks too, which is why I snapped some photos. Both the air conditioning and humidifier were in good working order. The humidifier, I think a Meiling, was very effective; running it all night made the air much less dry.

The hotel isn't located in the city center, but there are plenty of restaurants downstairs. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the facilities were new. There's a parking lot in the backyard with two fast charging stations; a young man was there to guide us through parking and charging, and even helped with our luggage. The receptionist was beautiful and kind. There's also a laundry room and a printer; I needed to print a form, and the receptionist helped me with that too. The rooms were well-soundproofed and quiet. They even provided complimentary yogurt.

Bringing parents, a few minutes drive from the scenic spot, the elderly do not have to toss. The public area in the yard is still warm, my mother sits in the yard to drink tea in the sun in the morning. The room is also clean and bright, and the bed is very spacious. The boss prepared various maps of the Northwest Raiders and recommended photo spots. Nothing fancy, but it is indeed a comfortable stay.

The room is clean and has a unique design. It has tatami mats, a projection, and a tea table. The two children sat at the tea table and drank tea. It is very convenient to eat in front of the hotel and very close to Chaka Salt Lake Scenic Area. Friends who bring their children to Chaka Salt Lake must bring waterproof overalls for their children. The waterproof shoes rented in the scenic area are of no use to active children. Two children also got wet wearing waterproof shoes. .

We checked in late at night after touring Chaka Salt Lake, and since we were traveling with a child, they offered us a room upgrade, so the three of us slept very comfortably. The breakfast was also great, with just the right items for breakfast, and they replenished the food immediately whenever it ran low. It is truly the best.

First, the pros: 1. The bedding was clean, but there were many small flying insects in the room. 2. The location was good, with a distant view of Chaka Salt Lake. 3. Parking was convenient and free, and they even provided simple self-service car wash water and hoses. Now for the suggestions: 1. There was an unpleasant odor in the room, seemingly from sewage; it was quite unpleasant to smell all night! 2. The bathroom drainpipe was uncovered, causing both backflow of odor and a lot of small black insects flying around. I hope the hotel will improve this! The room is OK, the standard of a comfortable hotel, but it is not soundproof and too noisy. You can hear people talking outside. However, the service attitude of the front desk is very good, and they also gave souvenirs to the children. The children are very happy. The price in summer is definitely more expensive than usual. This cannot be avoided when traveling with children. It is very close to Chaka Salt Lake. The Sichuan restaurant next to the hotel is delicious

The environment of the inn is impeccable. You can see the grassland when you open the curtains. However, the facilities are not very clean. There is sand on the bed and a lot of dust on the bedside table. You have to wait for half an hour for the water heater to finish one wash. There is no phone in the room and the inn has no front desk, so the projector cannot be used. You can only walk to the bar in the cold wind to find someone, which is not very convenient.

The owner was very nice and provided excellent service. They even upgraded my room since there was a vacancy. The hotel is very close to Golmud Station, right across the street. There's a supermarket downstairs, and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The room was large and comfortable for me, and it felt quite safe. I'd love to come back to Golmud again; it's a city I really like!

Facilities: The ingredients are beautifully colored, a vibrant red, and the flavor is rich but not greasy—it's a very authentic restaurant. The ambiance is fantastic; it's the perfect choice for gatherings with family and friends or company team-building events. 💓 I absolutely love this hidden gem of a restaurant! I'll definitely be a regular customer. The staff are very professional, patiently explaining everything and answering many questions.
