MM302612****入住期間體驗感很好，所有工作人員的服務都特別好！非常細心耐心熱情，會按照你的需求給你分房間，提供幫助。房間乾淨整潔，環境舒適，餐廳食物豐富可口！（很多五星級賓館都沒有這樣的服務態度）網上下訂單時，告知了有點不舒服，工作人員提前在房間裏開了暖氣，製氧，加濕器，幫忙拿行李，還特意送了氧氣瓶和緩解的葯物。主動幫忙點餐送到房間。需要打印的資料也很快打印好送達，辦事效率很高！（會貼心的送下午茶，夜宵）沒有一個工作人員要好評，都是自己發自內心的評價。之後如果來格爾木，還會選黃河國際酒店，也會推薦給大家~

LLiuliujiangyaI guess we came to Chaka Salt Lake during the off-season. There was a tour group the day we arrived, so the hotel delivered breakfast to our room. They communicated via WeChat, and their responses were super prompt. They even upgraded us to a suite, which was absolutely luxurious! Overall, I was very satisfied. The room was very clean and incredibly spacious. All the staff were very polite. Highly recommended!

Xxdeng0219The staff and manager were incredibly warm and welcoming. Since my wife is a foreigner, the staff proactively reminded us and helped us with some visa-related matters, which was a huge help. The room itself was clean and tidy, though some facilities showed a bit of age due to the hotel's construction time. Overall, our stay was quite good. The breakfast spread, along with the NIO fast-charging station, were definite highlights. We also visited Huancai Mountain in Golmud, which was absolutely stunning!

GGuest UserThe front desk service was very enthusiastic. When I checked in, I was given cookies, which were delicious and hot. The front desk lady patiently introduced the hotel and the swimming pool and gym. I also went to experience them. The service of the swimming pool staff was also very good and warm. The room was clean and tidy. I will continue to choose this hotel next time.

GGuest UserThere is no price increase on holidays, and the price is very high. The location of the hotel is very good, there are many parking spaces. The boss saw the car coming in and took the initiative to help with the luggage. The room was very comfortable and equipped with a humidifier. Here at night, I looked up and saw a lot of stars. The boss also intimately told the surrounding fun attractions and time planning, sun protection, etc. The experience was really good. The breakfast was very rich and delicious. We were full. Overall, the boss and clerk really took this hotel as their own business to operate well. We felt very comfortable this night when we came to Beijing.

GGuest UserWe were upgraded to a villa, which was in an amazing location built right on top of a Yardang, overlooking four salt lakes. From the second floor, you could even see the Water Yardangs in the distance. There's a platform in front of the villa, perfect for taking photos and watching the sunset – super relaxing! Below the platform, there are even lounge chairs, likely a resting area after swimming in the salt lake. The room is very close to the platform. The interior is exactly as pictured; this kind of environment is unbeatable in the desert. For adrenaline junkies, they offer two free high-altitude slide tickets. The top of the slide is a great viewing platform, offering a stunning panoramic view of the entire camp. Aerial photos at night are even more beautiful. All in all, this was the most worthwhile stop on our Qinghai-Gansu grand loop trip.

GGuest UserEnvironment: The rooms are well-planned and immaculately clean. We were traveling with our elderly family and children and booked a suite with two bathrooms and a small living room, which allowed us to stay comfortable without disturbing each other.
Service: When we returned to the hotel after our trip that day, it was almost 11:00 AM when we checked in. The front desk even prepared a warm midnight snack for us. A bowl of piping hot Tremella soup in the room was truly delightful. The pre-prepared snacks, such as peanuts, fruit leather, and raisins, were also delicious. The service was attentive and the attention to detail was excellent. 💯

When traveling, my requirements for hotels are cleanliness, comfort, and convenience. This hotel made me feel incredibly warm and attentive in every detail, from check-in to check-out. Upon arrival, the receptionist was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in quick and smooth. She even proactively reminded me of nearby attractions, breakfast times, and travel tips, her gentle and caring tone instantly relieving my travel fatigue.
The room was even more reassuring. It was reassuringly clean, with every corner neatly arranged, free of dust and odors. The bed was soft and comfortable, incredibly relaxing, and the soundproofing was excellent, providing a quiet and restful night's sleep – the most restful night's sleep of the entire trip. The room facilities were all new, the hot water and air conditioning worked perfectly, and toiletries were provided. You could feel the hotel's attention to detail everywhere.
When I needed anything, I contacted the front desk, and the staff responded promptly and patiently, without any sign of impatience. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, and the public areas are spotless. Staying here makes me feel incredibly safe, unlike some hotels that feel cold and impersonal. Instead, it feels like a comfortable temporary home.
The price-performance ratio is truly exceptional. It's perfect for solo travelers, groups of friends, or families. This is the kind of hotel you'd want to return to and genuinely recommend. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time, and I wholeheartedly recommend this gem of a hotel to everyone. A stay here is guaranteed to be a safe and comfortable experience!

GGuest UserThe location is super close to Chaka Salt Lake. The young lady was very welcoming; I asked her to show us the rooms first, and she patiently guided us. I saw the rooms were really nice and clean, so we decided to stay.
The price was excellent, and I was so happy with the environment – clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was also very good, and every staff member was enthusiastic. They refilled the breakfast promptly; it was delicious and very convenient. If you're visiting Chaka Salt Lake, definitely stay here – the price is just right. It was also a very comfortable stay, and the food was good too.
I didn't take any photos of the hotel, but the environment is exactly as they advertised.

GGuest UserThe room is OK, the standard of a comfortable hotel, but it is not soundproof and too noisy. You can hear people talking outside. However, the service attitude of the front desk is very good, and they also gave souvenirs to the children. The children are very happy. The price in summer is definitely more expensive than usual. This cannot be avoided when traveling with children. It is very close to Chaka Salt Lake. The Sichuan restaurant next to the hotel is delicious
