MM32665****I have lived in too many hotels in the north and south, and this hotel really surprised me. In terms of facilities, diffuse oxygen supply and humidifiers greatly relieved physical discomfort. What touched me most was the warm service of all the staff of the hotel. Just arrived at the hotel entrance, the staff took the initiative to help with the luggage. The receptionist warmly and quickly handled the room card and upgraded the room for free. When I entered the room, there was a staff member to greet me. I casually said that my head was a bit uncomfortable, and I immediately brought Rhodiola Oral Liquid! The free supper provided was declined because I wanted to go out to eat, and then I quickly took a special snack! I said that yogurt is so delicious, and I immediately have to send 🤣 to check out the next morning. What surprised me was that the staff sent me four boxes of yogurt and a box of wolfberry! ! ! This treatment has not been encountered in many five-star hotels in the mainland! The first time I came to Golmud, although it was a few cold days, the enthusiasm of the hotel staff made us feel warm, thank you! Thank you for the enthusiastic Golmud people! The spring blossoms in the coming year, we will meet again!

GGuest UserThis is definitely a five star hotel by international standard. The location is convenient and the reception was friendly and efficient. The amenities in the room is complete and the size of the room is extremely suitable for a family of three.
The breakfast is surprising international and the selections are of a full varieties of both local and international cuisine.
A place to be at whenever you're within the vicinity.

GGuest UserThe front desk service was very enthusiastic. When I checked in, I was given cookies, which were delicious and hot. The front desk lady patiently introduced the hotel and the swimming pool and gym. I also went to experience them. The service of the swimming pool staff was also very good and warm. The room was clean and tidy. I will continue to choose this hotel next time.

LLaoyunaerdouquBesides the beautiful scenery, the best decision we made on our trip to Chaka Salt Lake was staying at the Chaka Salt Lake Wanfeng Hotel! We truly felt at home. We arrived quite late that day, and around 8 PM, the staff called to confirm our arrival. They then informed us that they had upgraded us to a suite and offered welcome fruits so we could rest well – super thoughtful! The entire room was spacious and bright, with a large living room, and the upgraded suite even had a bathtub. A nice bath really washed away all the fatigue. Since we had purchased breakfast for two, the hotel was incredibly considerate. Worried that there might be too many tour groups staying at the same time, they thoughtfully delivered breakfast to our room. They even gave us a souvenir when we checked out. This made our trip truly memorable.

The dome cabins are scattered across the Gobi, arranged in a hexagonal star pattern that feels incredibly futuristic. Far from city light pollution, the expansive views are truly therapeutic. The room itself is clean and well-designed, with many thoughtful details and amenities, including air conditioning, a humidifier, and continuous hot water. The bedding is also very comfortable. The hotel service is excellent, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of choices.

GGuest UserEnvironment: The rooms are well-planned and immaculately clean. We were traveling with our elderly family and children and booked a suite with two bathrooms and a small living room, which allowed us to stay comfortable without disturbing each other.
Service: When we returned to the hotel after our trip that day, it was almost 11:00 AM when we checked in. The front desk even prepared a warm midnight snack for us. A bowl of piping hot Tremella soup in the room was truly delightful. The pre-prepared snacks, such as peanuts, fruit leather, and raisins, were also delicious. The service was attentive and the attention to detail was excellent. 💯

GGuest UserThe hotel itself was generally fine and met our expectations for a short stay. The room and shower were clean, and the facilities were in good condition. Breakfast was also pretty good, with enough variety to start the day comfortably.
Service was okay, nothing exceptional, but overall professional and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the bus station, which made arriving and leaving easy.
The main downside is the location of the city itself. It’s quite isolated, and except for Chaka lake there is nothing to do. The surrounding area didn’t feel very pleasant to walk around at night, with not much to do nearby. That said, as a place to stay overnight, the hotel itself was perfectly fine and comfortable.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is conveniently located right next to the Sky No. 1 Scenic Area and only a 12km drive from the Sky Mirror Scenic Area. The large parking lot at the scenic area makes parking very convenient. The front desk staff, especially the charming young lady, were exceptionally warm, attentive, and accommodating. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with complimentary fruit and unlimited entry tickets to the scenic area. The rooms are very spacious with excellent facilities, offering a panoramic view of the salt lake scenic area right outside the window. They were clean, tidy, and had comfortable bedding. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, an excellent hotel that's definitely worth a stay.

Location: Very close to the scenic area, less than 4 kilometers away.
Parking is very convenient, with parking lots both in front and behind the building. There are even charging stations in the back.
