Haixi Prefecture Hotels with Breakfast

We chose this hotel for our trip to Chaka Salt Lake, and it was a pleasant surprise! They upgraded us to a family room, which my child absolutely loved. They even hugged the big goose, as if seeing a long-lost relative. By the way, even without the upgrade, the twin beds (1.35 meters) would have been spacious enough. The room was large, parking was free, and they helped us with our luggage during check-in. The service, especially from Song, was incredibly thoughtful. Once we confirmed our arrival time after visiting Chaka Salt Lake, delicious wonton noodles were promptly delivered. I had eye drops that needed freezing, and they had dedicated staff who quickly helped with ice and other requests. The hotel breakfast was incredibly rich. I'm not sure if this hotel is four-star or five-star, but the breakfast definitely felt five-star. I particularly remember the impressive mixed noodles. The hotel also has its own laundry room, which some five-star hotels don't. It's a free laundry room with drying facilities. What's even more impressive is that the laundry room was comfortably air-conditioned and had a self-service beverage machine where I enjoyed a hot orange juice and a hot milk. Very impressive! Laundry bags were also conveniently available for self-service, and of course, they were also provided in the room (thanks to Song). In short, it was incredibly convenient and definitely not just a place to crash for a night. If you're not in a hurry, this hotel is truly a place where you can stay and slowly experience the Northwest. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit far from the scenic area. If you specifically come here after visiting Chaka Salt Lake, you have to backtrack a bit to continue on G315 towards the desert. But experiencing Golmud, this western city, was also a wonderful experience. I have no regrets at all, thanks to our stay at the Golmud Yellow River International Hotel.

An excellent experience from start to finish! They prepared a parking space for me in advance, and the humidifier and oxygen machine were already turned on in the room before I even checked in. The front desk even gave a small gift for my child's birthday. The butler thoughtfully sent videos of the breakfast options and recommendations each morning. Even though I only stayed for two days, it left a warm feeling in my heart.

I stayed here in August during a Qinghai–Gansu trip with my girlfriend. The staff were consistently professional, helpful, and kind. The hotel is modern and offers a good range of amenities, including a gym and laundry facilities. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of both local and international options. The only drawback was the soundproofing, as some noise from the neighbouring room could be heard. I would recommend asking specifically for a quiet room when booking. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this hotel +++++

Extremely satisfied! The day before, due to altitude sickness, I had to cancel my reservation, and the hotel promptly confirmed the free cancellation. The next day, I felt much better and was reluctant to miss out on the trip, so I booked this hotel again at the last minute. This desert hotel offered stunning sunsets, stars, and sunrises—truly exceeding my expectations! The butler service was incredibly attentive, and they even prepared a small gift. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious and well-designed, spotlessly clean, and completely odor-free. The bed was so soft and comfortable, I slept like a baby. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and there was plenty of hot water, with all the essential amenities provided. The hotel staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and friendly. The location is super convenient for transportation, yet the surroundings are peaceful and quiet. It’s definitely an excellent choice for a trip. The hygiene was top-notch; there wasn't a speck of dust or dirt anywhere, and the room was well-ventilated with a comfortable temperature. The soundproofing was fantastic, making for a truly quiet night's rest. The facilities were excellent, with soft, pleasant lighting. The staff were responsive and friendly. This hotel offers much better value for money than others in its price range, and I would genuinely recommend it and definitely return.

This stay exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and an oxygen concentrator, ensuring a great night's sleep. Overall, the living experience was very pleasant. The breakfast offered a wide variety, including hot dishes, noodles, and pastries, all authentic in taste and made with fresh ingredients – a fantastic breakfast experience. The staff were attentive and responsive, and parking was convenient. It's highly recommended for anyone driving to Chaka Salt Lake; well worth a stay.

We checked in late at night after touring Chaka Salt Lake, and since we were traveling with a child, they offered us a room upgrade, so the three of us slept very comfortably. The breakfast was also great, with just the right items for breakfast, and they replenished the food immediately whenever it ran low. It is truly the best.

This is probably the only hotel in Chaka with a diffuse oxygen supply system, ensuring a good night's sleep with plenty of oxygen in the rooms. While not centrally located, it offers convenient transportation in and out, and there are dining options downstairs. Overall, it's quite convenient, even a few minutes' drive to the center. The service was incredibly warm, and the front desk staff was very nice. When we left, they thoughtfully provided a souvenir lunch, even including local yogurt which tasted fantastic. Breakfast was generally good too. A few suggestions for improvement: while disposable towels are nice, they aren't very absorbent and uncomfortable to use; also, the outdoor AC unit hummed quite loudly, which affected sleep a bit. Overall, it's still a good place to stay.

This hotel is already considered quite good in Chaka Town! Facilities: Overall, the room facilities are decent, pretty much standard for the Huazhu Group. Hygiene: The hygiene is generally acceptable. We are quite clean ourselves, so we brought disposable toilet seat covers and tissues to lay on the vanity. Because we were worried about altitude sickness, we only did a simple wash-up and didn't really use the shower. Environment: The environment is okay. After looking around, I feel this hotel is one of the better ones. Service: The front desk lady proactively upgraded my room type. She upgraded it without even telling me, and when I opened the room door, I found that the twin room with 1.2-meter beds had been changed to one double bed and one single bed, much larger! I was so surprised and felt genuinely touched! The lady was so kind; seeing that I had an older child with me, she just went straight to the best solution without saying a word. Thank you for your warmth!

The hotel is located in the Scenic Area N°1 and not the main tourist area, but the location was still nice, less crowded than the main area and the ticket was even included in the hotel fee. Unfortunately, the room was quite dirty and our towels were even wet like they've been used before. Still, the staff was very kind and brought us directly new ones and also helped us with everything else.
