GGuest UserI absolutely have to write a long review for Mubei Homestay in Mohe! Not only was the accommodation comfortable, but we also felt the warmth of family. First of all, the homestay was incredibly clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the heating was excellent! In such a frigid place as Mohe, we didn't have to worry about being cold at night and slept soundly. But what touched us most was the kindness of the owners and their family. When we first arrived in Mohe, one of our travel companions developed a fever and felt unwell. The owner, without hesitation, drove to pick her up. He not only reminded her to take medicine but also thoughtfully said, ”If the fever doesn't go down, call me, and I'll take you to the hospital.” Later, when her temperature didn't drop much, the owner really did come and take her to the hospital, accompanying her throughout the registration, consultation, and medication pickup process. Afterwards, he safely drove her back to the homestay without a single complaint, only concern and comfort. Another small incident occurred when we went to see the bonfire party that evening. The owner offered to drive us there and wait for us in the car afterward. However, we were having so much fun that we forgot the time, and when we came out, we found that the owner had been waiting for almost an hour and a half. He wasn't angry at all; instead, he smiled and asked if we had fun. I felt really embarrassed and touched! The owner's mother was also incredibly kind, always smiling when she saw us. They even have a cute dog! This guesthouse is more than just a place to stay; it feels like a home away in Mohe. If I ever come to Mohe again, I'll definitely stay here! I sincerely recommend it to everyone visiting Mohe; you'll be warmed by its kindness—the owner is truly wonderful!

YyehowerI only saw the aurora because I booked this hotel! When I looked up from the bridge leading to the hotel, everything around me was a bit bright. At first, I thought it was light pollution, but then I noticed several taxi drivers getting out to film it. It wasn't until many locals came over to look and take pictures that we realized it was the aurora. If I had stayed at a different hotel, I probably wouldn't have seen it. The room was large, and the bathroom was nice. The wooden decorations looked a bit old-fashioned in photos, but they weren't at all. There was also a cat and a dog. The owner didn't actively solicit good reviews; this is entirely a subjective assessment.

QQueen19”Don't judge a book by its cover.” This saying is truly accurate to the houses in the village. They appear to transport you back to a time when homes were constructed with simple materials. The outside really showed the actual village style from a long time ago; however, what was more interesting was the modernization of the interior designs inside the house. The Arctic Village definitely reminded me of the simplicity of earlier eras. Moreover, people there were really nice. And to auntie and uncle, who were the best hosts, thank you so much for your kindness. I really appreciate the bbq and the experience of eating breakfast with the Chinese people. I will definitely comeback in the future. To those who wish to stay comfortably while traveling. I heartily recommend this place.Wish you all the best. Until we meet again 😀

AAnonymous UserFirst of all, there's no forced spending, it's a pure, no-nonsense experience, which makes me feel especially at ease. You can leisurely stroll through Pingyao Ancient City; the old streets and houses are incredibly charming and photogenic. There's no rush at all, making this tour perfect for families with elderly members and children. The only downside is that you'll need to rent an audio guide near the scenic area if you want a commentary, but overall, it's quite cost-effective. Highly recommended! (*^∀^)

GGuest UserThe owner was very kind; he picked us up from the bus station and drove us to buy tickets when we left. The room was really clean, and knowing we were sensitive to the cold, he arranged the warmest room for us. It had underfloor heating, and the toilet was heated and fully automatic. We heard there was an aurora borealis, and the owner said he would definitely let us know if it happened and would take us there, so we wouldn't have to wait there freezing. He was very considerate throughout the trip, even telling us where to go and recommending restaurants. Most importantly, they offer free water-to-ice water-splashing service, and you can do it for as long as you want, right in the hotel's backyard.

Mmw_mmmmI absolutely love this guesthouse! It's clean, comfortable, and they thoughtfully provide disposable toiletries for guests. The decor makes it feel like you're staying in a cabin abroad. The breakfast is delicious too. There's even a little courtyard outside the guesthouse that's perfect for photos, you can even try the 'splashing water into ice' trick there. I'll definitely stay here again next time! 😊

When we drove up, the exterior didn't look like much, but as soon as we stepped inside, I absolutely loved it. The facilities are very modern and unlike other B&Bs in the area. It's super clean and well-equipped, and they even provide disposable bath towels and hand towels for guests, which is a fantastic touch. Definitely worth a visit!

Driven by an impulse, I set off, and the moment I walked through the door, I wasn't disappointed. The walls weren't just adorned with photos of motorcycle enthusiasts checking in; there were also postcards and handwritten letters from guests all over the world. These messages conveyed sentiments ranging from the exhilaration of riding thousands of kilometers to the joy of seeing the aurora for the first time. It felt like stepping into a 'spiritual gathering place' for passionate travelers, where even the air hummed with the warmth of dream-chasing. Settling in, I felt even more at ease. Both the room and public areas were spotlessly clean and tidy. The bedding was neat and odorless, there was no clutter on the tables or floor, and even the smallest details in the corners were meticulously maintained. This cleanliness wasn't a forced orderliness, but rather a comfortable ease that instantly melted away much of my travel fatigue. What truly touched me was the human warmth here. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and genuine, taking the initiative to chat with us about travel routes in Beiji Village, sharing aurora forecasts, and offering photography tips. The hotel even provided free hot water and ladles, allowing us to experience the fun of 'splashing water into ice.' Everyone else at the hotel was also very friendly. Occasionally, when chatting with other travelers in the common area, the feeling of being strangers vanished instantly. In the biting cold winds of the far north, 'Motorcycle Enthusiast Home' wasn't just a clean and comfortable place to stay; it fulfilled my passion for motorcycling and allowed me to experience an unexpected warmth.

Spread over two floors, it has three separate bedrooms, including one with a tea room—it's truly a delightful experience. Beyond the amenities, the host is incredibly kind! The young man was incredibly welcoming and immediately available to help with any questions we had. He even offered free transportation—so warm and friendly! He even took us on a tour, letting us learn about the local customs and culture. Our trip to the Arctic Village was truly worthwhile because of our stay here! GGuest UserIn July, I drove with my family to live in the Arctic Village Jingxuan Farmhouse. The farmyard boss Zhao and the proprietress were very enthusiastic, and the dishes made for us were also very delicious! It is more worth moving. Boss Zhao personally drove me and two other guests out to shoot the sunrise at 3:00 in the morning the next day. In order to let us shoot at the best sunrise shooting point in the Arctic Village, he personally took us up the mountain in front and climbed the mountain for about 25 minutes to reach the best point. This is also the earliest time I have taken a sunrise since I took a hobby. After we took the sunrise, we returned to the farmyard to rest. Boss Zhao also specially sent us to the morning market to buy Arctic Village special tofu and soy milk. This warm service really made me unforgettable in my life! If you go to the Arctic Village next time, you will continue to stay at Jingxuan Farmhouse. On behalf of your family, I would also thank Boss Zhao and the proprietress for their enthusiasm and hospitality!
