2-Star Hotels in Bordeaux

Modern and well maintained hostel. Every member of staff I spoke with were always very helpful and friendly. No communal kitchen unfortunately but there is a microwave which was very useful. Laundry room, small gym always a positive! Location is bit far of a walk from the center, but trams are located no more than 5 minutes away. Also a short walk away from Les Halles de Bacalan and plenty of bars and clubs if that's your sort of thing. Very pleasant experience at Whoo Hostel

The hostel is new and super clean, sliding doors on the beads are awesome. All staff is friendly, but Anastasia is absolutely amazing - she answered all of the possible questions including way to the airport and cheese recommendations!

Counter opened for limited hours only, no hair dryer in room and can't ask counter when we came back,. No air conditioning but only electric fan. Bordeaux is really hot these days. No ventilation and stuffy at corridor. Need to take rubbish bags ourselves to the bins on the street, that is the first time I experienced this. No change of towels even for four nights, charge €5 each if need to change.

Amenities OK The cleanliness of the restrooms is poor. Lack of fitted sheets and extra pillows. Despite the fan in the room, the temperature was unbearable. The VMC in the bathroom was very noisy. The night was difficult... Some improvements for the customer service remain to be considered.

Located in the center of Bordeaux City, the location was very good in about 15 minutes by tram from the TGV station. I was able to leave my luggage, there was an elevator, the toilet shower room was clean, and the roommate was quiet and very comfortable. If you want, it was better to have a towel and a dryer.

Perfect! Right opposite the train station and bus stop for airport meaning a trip without a car was smooth. I see a few comments about the rooms and it wasn’t the Marriot in terms of room standard but it was local and authentic. Spotlessly clean, everything in the room worked , it was comfortable and the right temperature. The breakfast was  very good and well worth the small cost. The staff were so very helpful and gave advice about a day trip to the Dune du Pilat and how to walk to the restaurant area in the city centre and gave me a city map. Highly recommended, don’t hesitate to stay. They also offered me a left luggage facility while I went out for the day after checking out. Note that the railway station is very large. Depending which door you come out of it’s to left of the centre of the station as you come out. Just a few meters from the station. Perfect!

1. Место- правильное для туриста- достаточно удален от вокзала- и совсем рядом с центром, рядом остановка трамвая, который в Бордо может заменить весь транспорт. Я брала карточку на 72 часа транспортную- было выгодно, потому что с чемоданом до отеля и из отеля до жд вокзала пешком мин 25-30, да и просто по городу всегда 1-2 остановки можно было проехать, не переживая за то что устанешь идти пешком. 2. Электророзеток мне в номере хватило 3. Вайфай работал в номере отлично 4. Завтрак вполне приличный был для бюджетного отеля. 5. Единственный небольшой минус- так как в номере не было фена- попросила его на ресепшен и мне его не хотели давать без депозита с карты. Настояла на 20 евровом депозите наличными и вопрос решили. Отель советую.

The city center is located across the river, but it is easily accessible by tram, boat, etc. The parking lot was in the basement of Super Carrefour next to the hotel and was spacious. There was a supermarket next to the hotel, so it was very convenient. There is a little distance to Citedvan, but I think you should use a boat. It was also in the range of rental kick boards and rental bicycles, so I was able to use it from the front of the hotel. The rooms are clean and easy to use and the cost performance is very good.

The location was just few steps away from Opera National grand Theatre. Check in was easy , but be aware that check in is in their sister hotel 100 metres away. The room was clean, bed comfortable. Highly recommended.

Расположение шикарное, заселение самостоятельное, что очень удобно! Но будьте готовы, что ваш номер окажется на последнем этаже, и придется нести весь багаж по винтовой узкой лестнице на четвертый этаж. Номер очень маленький, туалет тоже.
