Really love the stay here as it’s close to lots of attractions. No problem with late check-in as everything is done with instructions. Host is friendly and will respond in timely manner!

The location of the hostel is very convenient. It is on a busy pedestrian street. However, the nightlife abroad is not as rich as in China, so it is not noisy at night. The hostel is very clean and tidy. The price-performance ratio is very high.

Very clean. The room also has a small balcony. The only ”disadvantage” is that the location is a bit far from the historical center. It takes 20 minutes to walk there. The closest train station to the hotel is Palermo lolli, where you can take the train to the airport or Palermo Centrale.

Lady on the desk was very nice although we were charged $24 Aud per night extra for a cleaning fee that was not disclosed when we booked. We had no idea why we were charged this fee upon arrival. They should be more transparent with the costs. Although we paid for breakfast it was not available as the cafe they used was closed for the holidays & we were not offered any alternative so more money wasted.
