B&Bs (Bed and breakfast) in Palermo

We absolutely loved staying here for 2 nights!!! The building is in a great location to explore the old city of Palermo and the room is beautiful and so clean with great AC. Roberta is such a sweet house and made amazing breakfast and coffee in the mornings!!! It was perfect, I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

The hotel's location is very convenient to go anywhere. There is a vegetable market at the door where you can eat seafood but the price is not cheap. The most convenient way to get out of the airport is to take a shared taxi for 8 Euros. If you take a train or bus, you still need to walk a long way. It is quite tiring to push a suitcase on a gravel road for more than ten minutes.

My stay here was incredible! I really enjoyed Mondello in total, but staying here made my trip the best. I love the building and its surroundings and how close it is to the beach (literally 10 minutes and you're there!). My room was also perfect - clean, spacious, everything needed and even more. The hosts were also lovely. I am planning to go back to Mondello in the spring next year, and I'm definitely staying here!

I wasn’t too impressed as I only found out my room have a private bathroom outside of the room upon checking in (might have overlooked ghe description). This was a bit frustrating because it’s very inconvenient to walk a public space to use the toilet and shower facilities. Having stayed at a nearby accommodation the night before, which delivered much more than this place for the same price, I’m afraid I wouldn’t recommend residenza Wagner.

The place is nicely located, close to everything including the train/bus station (6/7 min). The owners are really kind and made a beautiful spot in the hearth of the city just on top of the thiusand year-old market. At first it could look a bit disconcerting when arriving near the hotel, but once you reach the place, you won’t regret it. And the view is also amazing! Really good restaurant just in front of the place (I would recommend this one over another one in the left-alley, although it was really well presented, this one is half the price for 10 times the taste!)

THIS WAS THE BEST CHOICE I DID IN SICILY. First, this is the cleanest place I saw in my trip. They ask you every morning if you want a cleaning when they bring you breakfast. The bathroom/shower room is modern and same as the picture. The body soap, shampoo, conditioner was a Sicily one that was very nice of them. The public space was so good, they had balcony so it would be great to take pictures for instagram. Secondly, the breakfast. Insanely great. You can choose 2 things from about 15 types of dishes such as sandwiches or yogurt or fruits. For drink you can pick 1 from about 15 types such as cappuccino or hot chocolate. They have milk choices like oat milk and almond milk that is amazing in this price. For spread, you can choose 2 from about 10 types such as honey or Nutella or almond butter or many flavors of jam. For a dessert, you can choose a cake from 2 or 3 types they have that day. You can choose where you want to eat room or public space. Thirdly, the staffs were a lot more kind and friendly then the average of sicily. Nice place absolutely recommend!!

On the arrival day, the owner never sent me a message on how or where to check in. Luckily, i am smart enough to google and ask people on the building. Finally, I managed to find my way to the unit after hours of finding it. The lady owner didn't bother to apologise that they didn't send any message, but well, just one night, so i didn't bother it much.

It's not suitable for people who have big suitcases, its on the top floor (5th floor), the entrance of the apartment is scary, dark with no lights, stairs very small its not good if you carry a lot of things with you, you can fell down easily. They not allow to use pulley (its not broken). Overall not a good experience for me.

The place is in a building close to the station so it was super convenient and accessible, although it is a bit away from tourist attractions, but it was perfectly fine. I had a large room with high ceiling all to myself, which was great. The host was extremely helpful and engaging with information on local cafes and eateries. Enjoyed my stay at this place!
