Even though we showed up earlier than planned, they had no problem letting us in and went out of their way to accommodate us. We were offered a massive breakfast completely free of charge while we waited, which was such a generous touch. Not only that, but we were also invited to relax by the pool until our rooms were ready — a perfect way to unwind after traveling. The atmosphere of the place is relaxed and a bit offbeat in the best possible way — full of personality and charm. It’s rare to find a place where the customer service feels this genuine. We chose the old style room in the small paradise villa. Sergio greeted us warmly and our stay was very good and quiet. The villa is very close to the centre, you do need the car to get into the city but if needed you can easily get food delivered from the city. The room is a bit dark but we had everything we needed at a very good price. After checking out we were told we could still use the pool till the end of the day. Nice place to get away from the city's noise.

パレルモ市街地の中心部に位置し、観光客なら必ず通るマクエダ通りとヴィットリオエマヌエーレ通りの交差点から徒歩10秒です。王宮や大聖堂などの観光地も徒歩で行けて、夜は周りにたくさん飲食店があるので困りませんでした。深夜まで人通りが絶えず歩行者天国になっているので、治安面はパレルモ市内でも最高ランクだと思います。逆に夜遅くまで賑やかですが、宿泊した部屋が大通りに面していなかったので私は気になりませんでした。朝食会場にもなるレストランは美しい中庭を囲んでゆったりした広さがあり、市内中心部にいることが信じられないほどの空間でした。朝食のシチリア名物のカンノーリやフレッシュなジュースがおいしかったです。スタッフもとても親切で、スーツケースの移動やアメニティの依頼などすぐに対応してくれました。初めてシチリアに行くなら、安心かつ観光に便利なホテルとして非常にお勧めです。
