GGuest UserI loved this beautiful little boutique hotel in the heart of old Palermo. Located just a few minutes walk from the Teatro Massimo and wonderful outdoor markets, the hotel felt like a luxurious oasis in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Palermo. Highlights for me were the attention to detail in the rooms and the delicious buffet breakfast served in the beautiful and tranquil courtyard. I cannot wait to go back.

CCourtneyWe had a fantastic stay at this quirky little boutique hotel in Palermo, Sicily. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Even though we showed up earlier than planned, they had no problem letting us in and went out of their way to accommodate us.
We were offered a massive breakfast completely free of charge while we waited, which was such a generous touch. Not only that, but we were also invited to relax by the pool until our rooms were ready — a perfect way to unwind after traveling.
The atmosphere of the place is relaxed and a bit offbeat in the best possible way — full of personality and charm. It’s rare to find a place where the customer service feels this genuine. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a warm, welcoming, and slightly unconventional stay in Palermo!

GGio MelcarneThe Porta Felice Hotel was an excellent choice for our stay in Palermo. Its location is perfect, allowing us to explore the city's main attractions with ease.
Our room was very spacious, quiet and comfortable, with an equally spacious bathroom — ideal for a good night's rest after a day of sightseeing.
The service was impeccable: the reception staff was always very helpful, answering all our questions and providing detailed information on how to make the most of the city.
We highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Palermo with comfort, convenience and high-level service.

JJoanneZhuThe location of the hotel is very good, you can walk to many attractions, very close to the street of the Grand Theater, the facilities are relatively new, and the experience of staying is good.
There is only one option when booking, which is a single room for one person. After arriving at the hotel, you have to pay an additional 40 euros per night for the second person staying.
Close to the road, you can hear the sound of motorcycles at night.
Others are fine.
