"The hotel is located near a square at a crossroads, with a secondhand market nearby on Sundays. The thickened windows minimized street noise. The hotel proactively contacted us in advance to send access codes for the first and second floor rooms. The triple room was very spacious for two people, and the shower had excellent water pressure. I really liked the small balcony, a typical Sicilian room. The main street in front is a direct walk to the cathedral, the Royal Palace, and the port, making the area very convenient for food and accommodation. It took just over ten minutes to walk to the central station with luggage, and the blue bus to Trapani Port also stopped nearby."

I loved my time in Sicily and staying at this beautiful hotel was a cherry on top. The service staff was kind, we had early flight but they still made sure we had breakfast which was really lovely. all restaurants and shops are in few minutes walk from the hotel."

"The room is very spacious for a group of 3 and everything works fine. The view olf the room is the square near to the hotel, and is very nice. The boss is a very interesting person and he is very nice to us, helping us to carry our luggage. We really appreciate the luggage storage part so that we don't have to carry it all the way during our trip."

"Overall, it proved to be an excellent solution thanks to its strategic location, just steps from Palermo Centrale train station and the main attractions. The quadruple room I chose was basic but functional. The window overlooked a tiny internal courtyard, but other rooms have a direct view of the outside. The staff was always friendly and professional. The room was cleaned daily. In summary, a positive experience and fully in line with expectations. A few points for improvement: - The electrical system is rather dated and impractical: for example, there is no switch for the main light in the room that can be reached from the bed. - The air conditioning is centrally controlled and managed solely by the reception, with no individual adjustment in the room (even a simple on/off). - The cleaning staff tends to speak a bit loudly in the hallways, and the doors, being older, offer poor soundproofing."
