We had booked half board as it came as part of the package but only ate in the hotel the first night as wanted to try different places but this was a mistake as the meal in the hotel was by far the nicest meal we had. Will definitely be back to this hotel anytime we visit Palermo."

Breakfast is in a beautiful lounge area and such a wonderful selection of delicious foods . Our room was huge with lovely bathroom and plenty of light . A few steps to the right to main shopping street and a few more to one of the best pedestrian streets with bars and restaurants. Only 10 minutes walk to central station ."

"Nightmare hotel, non-existent cleanliness, sheets dirty with hair (of various kinds, I can imagine), tablecloths the same thing. The room was completely destroyed, even the backrest collapsed during the night. The bathroom was completely broken, the sink was blocked, I advise you not to be fooled by the photos, it was a nightmare stay. The breakfast was unfortunately very bad, horrible and disgusting. Nothing salvageable also because the structure is falling apart. Unfortunately for this hotel I can't find a reason to return, 0."
