"The large hotel is really impressive. 14 floors, we were on the 7th. The service is very nice and helpful and for some reason uses technology from the 70s. But hey, it works. Unfortunately the roof terrace was closed in February. It was always clean inside, it was cleaned daily. The furnishings are also a bit older, but functional. We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is unfortunately a bit further out. With Uber it costs €20 to get to the city center, a 10-minute ride. A taxi cost us €25. The fares are a bit stupid. The bus is better for around three euros a day and also a 15-20-minute ride. There is a supermarket opposite the hotel, nice cafes and pubs. Unfortunately this part of the city is a bit dirty. But if that doesn't bother you, you'll find an affordable hotel with good service here."

"Wow what a lovely villa hotel. We had a lovely room with sea view and everything was perfect. Thank you Giulia to you and your whole family, you are all so welcoming and friendly. The location of the villa was perfect right on the beach and the breakfast and all the staff were lovely. I would 100 percent recommend this 5 star luxury hotel and would definitely love to come back soon ❤️"

"I booked a king bed, and the bed in my room is actually only double bed size and furthermore it is ROUND. I’ve never seen the bed from a swinging 60s bachelor pad in a hotel room before. The room also doesn’t have a chair, only the bed and a large sofa. there are more than a dozen steps up from the street to the reception desk. The breakfast room is located in the basement, which the elevator doesn’t reach, which means walking down the steps to the lobby, and then another large flight of stairs to the basement. And then back up all those stairs again to reach the elevator and return to the room. At check in I asked if I could keep my key and was told yes. Another desk clerk later told me I “wasn’t allowed“ to keep my key. I’m sorry I thought I was paying to stay here. fairly decent location on the main bus lines of Via Roma and with some restaurants in walking distance. The museum of archaeology is a 15 minute walk away and all the other museums and churches are much farther. Palermo has a very large pedestrian zone with no bus service inside it. my room is quite large with modern fixtures, although the floor is all concrete, no carpeting. Breakfast is adequate, but with not a lot of choice, and the staff there who bring your cappuccino are friendly. A/C, small flatscreen TV, large walk-in shower. If I had a choice, I would not want to return here again."

Let's start with location, steps from the beach with great views, surrounded by all kinds of restaurants for every one's taste, Then we have to mention how nice the rooms are, very modern clean and quiet with the best A/C in Sicily! The morning breakfast lays out like a feast fit for a weary traveler! With great specialty coffee's to kick start your day. We were able to use this as a base to visit Palermo, Cefalu, and Monreale. Don't pass up the opportunity to check out this quaint little town of Mondello as well, nice beaches with surrounding views. Great beach vibe town, very laid back! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! 10 STARS"

"We stayed in this hotel for a conference with about 80 people. The structure is not very new, but offers a pleasant stay. The rooms are beautiful, ours large with sea view and two balconies. Excellent cleaning. The staff were very kind and very helpful. Breakfast a bit poor for a 4 star hotel. This needs to be expanded. We didn't use the swimming pool as summer was almost over."

Breakfast was a highlight: generous, beautifully presented, and rich in homemade Sicilian specialties. Highly recommended!"

"The location is easy to find, near the beach, and there are many restaurants on the pedestrian street outside. There's also a Chinatown nearby, which made me feel safe. We booked a triple room, and the double bed was very large. However, the air conditioner in the room seemed to be broken or something; it was always off no matter how many times I pressed the button, so it was very cold in the room at night. The bathroom was warmer than the room."

"THIS WAS THE BEST CHOICE I DID IN SICILY. First, this is the cleanest place I saw in my trip. They ask you every morning if you want a cleaning when they bring you breakfast. The bathroom/shower room is modern and same as the picture. The body soap, shampoo, conditioner was a Sicily one that was very nice of them. The public space was so good, they had balcony so it would be great to take pictures for instagram. Secondly, the breakfast. Insanely great. You can choose 2 things from about 15 types of dishes such as sandwiches or yogurt or fruits. For drink you can pick 1 from about 15 types such as cappuccino or hot chocolate. They have milk choices like oat milk and almond milk that is amazing in this price. For spread, you can choose 2 from about 10 types such as honey or Nutella or almond butter or many flavors of jam. For a dessert, you can choose a cake from 2 or 3 types they have that day. You can choose where you want to eat room or public space. Thirdly, the staffs were a lot more kind and friendly then the average of sicily. Nice place absolutely recommend!!"
