NH Palermo
"The customer service is good. Because the pool in the room was leaking, the staff tried their best to make arrangements. Finally, we stayed in a sea view room, opposite Piazza Italia. The restaurant's cuttlefish noodles are delicious and the service is good. There is a problem with sound insulation in rooms close to the road"
NH Collection Palazzo Sitano
"Ideally located in the centre of Palermo, the hotel is very nice: good breakfast buffet, nice room size with good toiletries, mattress and coffee/tea provided. Staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend"
San Paolo Palace Hotel
"A good place to eat and to sleep."
Mercure Palermo Centro
"I originally thought the parking was free, but it turned out to cost €30 per night, which was quite disappointing and not clearly communicated."
B&B Hotel Palermo Quattro Canti
"The place super nice highly recommended"
Hotel Mediterraneo
"Excellent location, great breakfast, friendly reception, spacious room, cleanliness could be improved. Pleasant stay, we'll be back."
Hotel Politeama
"Wonderful location and you get a grand view of the theatre. Spacious room, altho the bathroom is a bit on the small side."
Astoria Palace Hotel
"Great view. Spacious room. Friendly reception. Fridge in the room."
Grand Hotel Piazza Borsa
"My husband booked this hotel for me on Trip. This hotel is perfect for solo travel - very convenient, and very clean. I will definitely use this hotel again when I come."

Hotel Villa d'Amato
"Fantastic breakfast buffet. Clean room. Friendly reception. Spacious, clean room."
Hotel del Centro
"One thing about this hotel that i will definitely come back is the location, cleanliness and its right in front of the supermarket . I recommend you to take double room and its so affordable :) . And don't forget to bring cash for tourist tax. Well, I don't have many comments about this hotel because i feel comfortable and got what i need especially for solo traveling who wants to explore palermo :)"
Hotel Tonic
"The hotel serves a terrific breakfast daily, with an array of fresh breads, fruits, eggs, yogart and cheese. The hotel is very cleaned and well organized situated in a good area of Palermo. The hop on hop off bus 1st stop is within several blocks from hotel. Giovanni, Joseph and Jessica made my stay very happy! Thanks everyone, I shall return. Ciao Ciao"
Addaura Village e Congressi
"Had a amazing stay at Addaura Village. Beautiful location, good rooms and chill pool area. The staff was very friendly and nice! Special thanks to Ramona and Roy for all the help and service. They put in the extra effort to make our stay the best. "
Vado Al Massimo
"One of the shabbiest hotels. Dirty, the blinds do not work. Cleaning is not done daily. The bed, neither. The bathroom is very dirty, the towels are not changed, nor is anything cleaned. Bad treatment. We stayed 3 nights and they didn't come into the room at all."
Hotel Bel 3
"The transportation is very convenient, making it easy to go to various attractions in the city. There are many restaurants and convenience stores around, and the atmosphere is full of life. The room is fully equipped, the bedding is comfortable and clean, and the bathroom has a stable hot water supply with sufficient water pressure. The room is also equipped with a Smart TV. The most important thing is that you can watch the sunrise from the viewing platform"
Bastione Spasimo Boutique Hotel
"The hotel is very nice and the staff very pleasant. The area at points seems a bit run down but we found it to be generally safe and a short walk away takes you into areas with bars and restaurants. The staff were very accommodating and there is a free pool and jacuzzi. The pool is covered during winter and heated so you can use it year round."
Casa Nostra Luxury Suites & Spa
Abside Suite & Spa
"The only positive side, the central location. For the rest, a disaster. All the reception was done remotely, without any contact with the host who only responds to wa messages and with biblical times. The sauna does not work (it did not reach a temperature above 40° after almost two hours from being turned on). The hydromassage pool, again after almost two hours, had not even filled up halfway (and, to turn on the hydromassage, you have to wait until it is full to the brim). The hydromassage pool was dirty (hair and other filth). The bathroom (toilet area) has a sliding glass door that, due to the wrong slope, once closed (without the possibility of locking) reopens halfway. There is no bidet (never seen a "suite" without a bidet in Italy). Having notified (always via message) the property, the latter turned out to be rude and arrogant, claiming that everything worked perfectly and that it was us guests who did not know how to use the facility. The morning of check out we went to have breakfast at the bar and returned at 10.15 to find cleaning staff in the room who, in our absence, had entered the room, had piled up our bags inside the sauna and had started cleaning (the general conditions provide for check out at 10.30). We tried to contact the host by phone who was careful not to answer, starting to write on wa that she had gone to the facility and had found everything clean and working. In conclusion: given the high price, the non-existent services and the "welcome" of the host, I strongly advise against the facility."
Archè Design Rooms and Suites
"Arche Design is a nice place to stay in Palermo. It is more of a B&B than a true hotel, since there is no main lobby and there is not a reception desk staffed 24/7. However, all of the staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfasts were good, but the buffet was somewhat limited and since the breakfast room is small, you need to reserve your spot for breakfast, which worked out fine, but caused us to plan ahead more than we would have liked to. The rooms are a little tight but in good condition. The bathrooms were very nice. We appreciated that they provided washclothes and the rain showerhead was excellent. It is centrally located and less than a 20 minute walk to most of the key things to see in Palermo. The best part about the Arche Design was the price. We booked 3 rooms for 3 nights and the bill was under $1300, which is half of what we saw at other hotels. For most people on vacation, the Arche Design Rooms is a very nice place to stay at a Wonderful price."
Hotel Porta Felice & Spa
"The location is easy to find, near the beach, and there are many restaurants on the pedestrian street outside. There's also a Chinatown nearby, which made me feel safe. We booked a triple room, and the double bed was very large. However, the air conditioner in the room seemed to be broken or something; it was always off no matter how many times I pressed the button, so it was very cold in the room at night. The bathroom was warmer than the room."
Palazzo Cartari
"We highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Palermo. The location is perfect for exploring the city, the staff were all very helpful, the rooms were modern and very clean with comfortable beds. We will definitely visit again on our next trip!"
Quintocanto Hotel & Spa
"We had a lovely stay"
Hotel Plaza Opéra
"The hotel enjoys a prime location in the heart of a vibrant and elegant neighborhood, surrounded by fine bars and restaurants, as well as luxury boutiques. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean; the bedding, like the linens, was of high quality, ensuring excellent comfort. Hygiene was impeccable. The welcome was particularly warm: the entire team was friendly, attentive, and always available to meet guests' needs. The hotel's real highlight is the rooftop, where breakfast is served in a pleasant setting. It's also an ideal spot at the end of the day to enjoy an aperitif as the sun sets. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, I wasn't able to try the spa. Nevertheless, I have excellent memories of my stay at this hotel, which I recommend without hesitation."
Casa Nostra Boutique Hotel & Spa
"I had the pleasure of staying at Casa Nostra Boutique, and I can say without hesitation that it was a truly extraordinary experience. The hospitality here is exceptional: the staff is warm, attentive to every detail, and always ready to meet any need. It's clear that every guest is treated as special, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are a dream: elegant, spacious, and beautifully decorated with incredible attention to detail. The quality of the materials, the immaculate cleanliness, and the comfort of the beds ensure a truly restful stay. Every corner of Casa Nostra Boutique has been thoughtfully designed to provide maximum comfort while maintaining a sense of understated luxury. The breakfast is also a highlight: a wide selection of fresh, homemade pastries, fresh fruit, and savory options to satisfy every taste. Everything is prepared with high-quality ingredients, and the variety makes breakfast a pleasant and enjoyable start to the day. Finally, the spa is a true sanctuary. The wellness center is modern and inviting, offering a wide range of treatments for both body and mind, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The design and peaceful atmosphere make it an ideal place to relax and recharge."
President Hotel Palermo
"I was not satisfied"
Crisol Europa
"nice place, clean, internet was not working, not visitors allowed"
Best Western Hotel Principe di Lampedusa
"Everything else was great. The location was also excellent. However, there's a live music venue next door, which is extremely noisy at night. Those who mind this should think twice. We slept with headphones on."
Best Western Ai Cavalieri Hotel
"The building has a very Italian style and a small balcony. It's an old building and quite unique. The only downside is that the soundproofing is a bit poor. Fortunately, no elderly Chinese people live there. It's very close to the attractions, within walking distance. There's a lively market street with all kinds of local delicacies."
Hotel Federico II Central Palace
"Perfect location, walking distance to monuments, restaurants, shops. The hotel was good and the service was also to our satisfaction. Nice breakfast."
