About 8 minute walk from Kii Tanabe Station. Casual business hotel.
"The rooms have individual air conditioners, which is great because you can adjust the room temperature to your liking.
Also, all the necessary amenities were provided, and I didn't experience any inconvenience.
After 9 PM, the hotel staff are not present, and you need to enter and exit through a special entrance with a PIN code, but this wasn't a problem."

Dinner and breakfast are exquisite, you can also help wash clothes, and the boss is very enthusiastic. Although the bathhouse is public, basically no one can soak at night. The most important thing is that ice water is provided in the morning. It is really a great help to hike!

ZhuningningThe room was lovely, with a Japanese style. I booked this guesthouse for two nights because I was planning to hike the Kumano Kodo Chuhero route. The owner was very welcoming and attentive. The guesthouse had onsen facilities and offered restaurant reservations, but I was too tired to eat after the hike. There was a bus stop right outside the guesthouse, making it convenient to go to Chikaro-oji, Kyogawa, and Oguchi.

The front desk is very cute grandfather, although the room is not very big, but it is also ok, the convenience store has to go far, this is not very convenient, there are world products around the place to eat, there are pork chops rice, TV is more retro style

Our room is typical Japanese home style (tatami), small but very cozy and well equipped. The host was very friendly, allowed us to dine in even though it had passed the time for last order, and helped us arrange for a luggage shipping. Thanks a lot!

The hot springs are a bit dated and didn't seem very clean.
The toilets were across from our second-floor room, and as soon as we got there, we could smell a strong urine odor. The cleanliness needs to be improved.
I came here specifically for the food, which was absolutely delicious. It was definitely worth it. I give it a 120. They put a lot of thought into the preparation, and the portions were generous. It was like a truly luxurious set menu! The service was also very good.
I just hope the cleanliness could be improved...

The room was very clean. The landlady was kind and could communicate in Chinese using a translation software. I ordered her breakfast for 800 yen and it was very comfortable. I didn’t know what to choose from the meal. I just ate what she made and I was very satisfied. This B&B can pick you up from the station. I don’t speak Japanese, so I can only walk there. When I left, she drove me to the station. I liked it very much! The bus runs twice a day, and it’s difficult to take a taxi. The pick-up and drop-off is very pleasant.
