About 8 minute walk from Kii Tanabe Station. Casual business hotel.
"The rooms have individual air conditioners, which is great because you can adjust the room temperature to your liking.
Also, all the necessary amenities were provided, and I didn't experience any inconvenience.
After 9 PM, the hotel staff are not present, and you need to enter and exit through a special entrance with a PIN code, but this wasn't a problem."

AAChuaRight in front of the bus stop Kamaya-Mae I think..
Kind hosts who speaks a reasonable amount of English. Dinner smelled delicious but I didn’t go for it because I wanted to try the other restaurant in the area.
If I return to kawayu, I will come back here.

GGuest UserThe hot springs are a bit dated and didn't seem very clean.
The toilets were across from our second-floor room, and as soon as we got there, we could smell a strong urine odor. The cleanliness needs to be improved.
I came here specifically for the food, which was absolutely delicious. It was definitely worth it. I give it a 120. They put a lot of thought into the preparation, and the portions were generous. It was like a truly luxurious set menu! The service was also very good.
I just hope the cleanliness could be improved...

GGuest UserThe room was very clean. The landlady was kind and could communicate in Chinese using a translation software. I ordered her breakfast for 800 yen and it was very comfortable. I didn’t know what to choose from the meal. I just ate what she made and I was very satisfied. This B&B can pick you up from the station. I don’t speak Japanese, so I can only walk there. When I left, she drove me to the station. I liked it very much! The bus runs twice a day, and it’s difficult to take a taxi. The pick-up and drop-off is very pleasant.

OOlalla MI loved my stay, and was surprised by this property only being rated with a 7 because for such a low price in that area is amazing. According to what I've read, there's some things that have changed in comparison to previous years such as automated check-in/check-out (be aware that if you have any issue during check-in immediately the hotel stuff will call you to the phone on the desk behind you... it took me a while to realize that the call was for me :D ), there's an onsen now at the property at the 3rd floor, and there's no food service anymore.
Laundry is free (both waschmachine and dryer).
I was positively surprised!
