Location is beautiful only when you go to bed comfortable and just take water or drink

Хорошее местечко. Соотношение цена качество 10/10. Дали полотенце и покрывало на кровать. Местоположение 10000/10. 🔥 Минуту и вот, ты уже на пляже. Много серф школ, куча мест где есть лежаки. Хозяева очень радушные, приветливые. Мы самостоятельные , никакой помощи не просили , но уверена , если бы потребовалась необходимость - нам бы помогли 🥰 Большое спасибо за теплый прием 🫶

The best place to stay in. The hotel is owned by 4 brothers who are very helpful and know how to cook well. Here were the best breakfasts that I have ever seen in Sri Lanka. Here you will feel as at home. The rooms are freshly renovated, furniture is nice, the house is rich. Good beach in near. Sanju (one of the brothers) is also a surfer, so you can ask him for some lessons :)

Best location and amazing villa

This is a guest house, not a hotel in classical understanding. Here the atmosphere is made by the host service: it is very good. He advised the places, brought a new crossover to the roast instead of broken, allowed to use hot water and gas in the kitchen... In general the place is good. We didn't like a noisy street from which nowhere to go: in 5-6 in the morning already pursued tuck-tucks. With hot water there may be problems.

The hotel is a five-story building. There are 17 rooms. Give a top-floor sea view family room, the scenery is super beautiful, overlooking the entire bay of the Meilusha cruise ship and fish boat. Some of the fourth floor is a small open-air swimming pool. Just under the window. Without an elevator, the customer service brother will help with the suitcase, and he will give 100 rupees. The bathroom design feels a little strange.

The location is super convenient, you could just walk to the beach in 1 mins. They clean the room and change the bedsheets for every customers. Hot shower provided. Staffa are very friendly.

I enjoyed my time at Ara Beach Resort, thanks to its excellent location and the fabulous pool. The staff were friendly and added to the resort's pleasant atmosphere. However, I'd suggest a little more focus on cleaning and keeping the buffet breakfast items hot. The food was delicious but consistently served cold. With these small changes, Ara Beach Resort could be even more wonderful.

Great location, clean room, comfortable bed. I would definitely recommend this place. The only negative is definitely the quality of the Wi-Fi, it’s not great, same as many places in Sri Lanka I’ve found. Location makes up for this.
