"The hotel's environment is beautiful, very quiet, the decoration design is very textured, the view under the mountain is very beautiful, not far from the seaside and the lively town, the location can be said to be quite excellent. But because the hotel is located on the top of a small mountain, the road up and down the mountain is very narrow and muddy, the vehicle is difficult to go up and down the mountain, when we finally reached the top of the mountain, we asked the hotel to use the tuktuk car to help us take the luggage down the mountain, but it was rejected. Even I proposed that I could give a certain tip, but I didn't agree. It was really amazing! We usually walk up and down the mountain. How can we bring so much luggage down? The hotel doesn't even consider this for the guests at all, it's a bit too much. Even our driver, a local Sri Lankan, criticized the hotel service. Finally, fortunately our driver was able to contact the hotel person in charge through acquaintances, and then arranged for the service staff to take our luggage down and charge a tip of 2,000 rupees. But the bad service experience still left us a bad impression."
