GGuest UserWe fly in from Hawaii, our flight delayed 3 hours, so we arrived at the hotel at 4am, the girl at the counter was walking towards outside and saw us entering the hotel with luggages without saying a word, we thought she was stepped out just a bit, and waited in the lobby, but she disappeared! There was another man in the lobby he tried to help us find her however no luck.
We were so very tired and waited in the lobby for half an hour, she finally came in and gave us the key of the room, it only took like 2 minutes.
If it were that simple, why not just handed the key to us upon our arrival, we tried to make phone calls, but the phone rang right in front of us in the counter with nobody inside, it's very very very frustrated.
GGuest UserSoaking pool is worth the stay. It’s an old place so have a little patience with the elevator and if you need a toilet close by, be sure to communicate that request with front desk at check-in and they might make an accommodation for you.
Room 339 might be haunted. I experienced something like a poltergeist—objects moving on their own. I left my watch and AirPods case on the table before going to sleep, and when I woke up they were on the floor. The table is far from the bed, so there’s no way I knocked them off in my sleep, and I definitely wouldn’t have left them on the floor. Anyone staying in Room 339 should be careful.
Ideal location to move within Portland Oregon, the service from the friendly staff are excellent. Peter is very helpful. The room is spacious. Highly recommended for busy travellers.
The staff does a lot of work to ensure all travelers are accommodated. It can be a tricky location but I’ve seen a lot of improvement with well executed rules that will hopefully keep it safe for everyone. Had a room swap done to help me due to forgetting to ask for a bottom floor. They made it right and I appreciated them
