3-Star Hotels in Maceio

It's nice, it's big, it's comfortable, the toilet's big, it's always satisfying.

The hotel was very clean, but there were a few things that made it from good to average . 2 things stuck out,1st was the sensor to turn on and off the ac was hanging in a weird location, so at first it took me a few minutes to turn on and off the ac.it was annoying. The second was a very thin door between my room and the room next to mine, I could here the neighbors very clearly, which wasn't there fault, just a thin door. Every thing else was great, customer service, breakfast, location, and great value.

A hotel that helps a colleague make a mistake. This family was good in all aspects of the evaluation and chose this family. The hotel's been making good comments. Nice position, too! Good recommendation!

Excellent hotel, well located, functional but contemporary concept. Good service and clean rooms.

Then the quality of the establishment as the attention of all the staff very good breakfast excellent reception and all the staff very careful are of congratulations . The only thing I do is we know that the development is not for and the acceptance for electric car is growing every day that passes would be good the hotel coordinators think to do is improved putting points for load on cars in the garage is simply a take of 10 or 20A. Hotel com ótimas instalações e atendimento pelos funcionários, porém ficar atento na hora de reservar somente com pensão completa, pois tudo é muito caro se for pra consumir nos bares e restaurantes. O único ponto negativo foi o péssimo atendimento na Pizzaria Santorégano.

The problem was that I bought 02 rooms with sea view, and on the photo was a glass window in front of the sea and when they arrived there, they gave me a side saying that it was the reservation. I was thinking I would wake up to see the sea, even paying more expensive for it, but not, to see I had to go out of the room, go on a lock, hang on the side to swallow. And the other worse room was a building in front of the sea view.

It's my second time I'm hosting this hotel! Excellent location, comfort and wonderful breakfast!

Hotel with large divisions, but with a service that is far below a four-star. One of the air conditioned was particularly noisy and the clothes is a typical open structure of a hostel. As regards the service, it was necessary to ask three times in different days at the reception to have a drink in the room, because of the first two times they said they would take and never took. The next day they provided one the cleaning staff took! Speaking on cleaning, one day they did not clean, and had to ask for it, and another day they cleaned, but left no bath towels. Too many failures for a alleged four stars in 5 nights of stay. At breakfast, not all dishes/food are identified, which makes a tourist who doesn't know the local gastronomy know what is available. Nordestine sympathy is welcome, but does not replace training and organization.

The hotel is a wonderful location.The staff are so tasteful.The breakfast is simple but good.The beds are comfortable.
