The structure of the hotel and water park is very good, but it seems that the hotel management has stopped in time and everything needs urgent renovation. The water park needs, apart from refurbishment, a good clean.
The price of things delivered to customers every day is very expensive.
Checked in on 13-17/10/21, during this time two elevators broke down (later the elevator was repaired), the safe in the room broke down, and the phone broke down (I didn't).
The cost-effectiveness ratio does not pay.

O hotel tem uma estrutura excelente, muito amplo, bem espaçoso, porem precisa de uma reforma urgente. Fica parecendo que deixaram o mesmo sem manutenções e agora fica muito alto o custo para uma reforma total. Mesmo assim, gostamos bastante de lá, do atendimento, do café da manhã, da localização e o parque aquático é fantástico. Voltaria a hospedar no mesmo novamente, principalmente pelo custo benefício.

O hotel é aconchegante e os funcionários são bem receptivos. O hotel tem uma estrutura antiga, mas nada que impossibilite a estadia. O café da manhã é fraco, poucas opções de alimentos e constantemente as comidas do bife acabavam e demorava a repor. Ademais tem um bom custo benefício.

Minha experiencia foi péssima. paguei duas diarias e só conhecemos o quarto, saímos.
O hotel está péssimo, sujo, não tem restaurante, a higiene não existe por lá. Tem um
odor muito deagradável em todos ambientes, principalmente no banheirom
