3-Star Hotels in Quebec City

Very new building. Great location with various restaurants and supermarket around. Breakfast was acceptable, free hot coffee and tea 24 hours

Booked this room for me and my friends during our weekend trip over to quebec city and was extremely impressed by the cleanliness, interior design, and spaciousness of this room. It was way bigger than I expected and even had a TV with netflix and other entertainment. The room was beyond spotless, way better than other airbnbs or hotels out there, even the stainless steel on the sink was so shiny! It was about a 20minute walk away from old quebec which was perfect for us to walk and see the views! Really enjoyed my stay and would reccommend this hotel :D Check-in and check-out was so simple as well and could be done online, great job to the management! Only downside would be that there isnt a lift, but not a problem for me and my group!

The location is so convenient. One can take metrobus800 which connects the city centre, the fall, supermarket Maxi, metro plus. It is a frequent route, easy to travel. The ground floor is still under construction, not so easy to walk. The building is without elevator, it may not be easy for all travellers. According to the description of the rooms, all rooms should be equipped with washer and dryer, however, the room assigned was without any wash and dry, we requested for a change. The person in charge helped change for us. There’s no room cleaning and tidy service throughout the three nights we stay. But everything looks new and clean. They provide sufficient tissues, toilet papers and washing tablets even. The building is close to the traffic, convenient but rather noisy somehow. The air conditioning was locked but lucky that these few days are not extremely hot. But it’s definitely quite hot and it won’t be that comfortable without air conditioning in hot weather.

We had a wonderful stay at QUALITY INN—perfect for families with kids! The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Our children loved the clean and well-maintained warm pool especially after a long day walk in Old Quebec. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and was a great way to start each day. The staff are really nice and the guest laundry room are helpful to have clean clothes after our family trip. Highly recommended for a relaxing family getaway.

Nice place to stay, especially if you’re planning to mostly be out and about to explore. The location is perfect. The rooms are basic and not luxurious, but everything you need is there. Having an AC was definitely worth it. There also a common area and an unmanned reception with some kitchen facilities. I had to contact the accommodation for check-in info, but they were very prompt, friendly and helpful. The self-checkin with access codes was easy. There’s no elevator and the rooms are not on ground floor level, I knew this of course, because it’s written in the hotel info. I had a room with a balcony and that was a nice touch. There’s also a patio on the rooftop. It would be nice if they provide some more information about the place. I discovered the patio by just exploring myself. All by all, I had a good stay of 2 nights. I only slept in the place, as I was mostly outdoors.

My first stay at a compact, foldable hotel was decent; the bedding and toiletries were new, and the room was clean. I booked a 1.5m bed for one person, but because I brought a large suitcase, the room felt a bit cramped. The hotel is located in Quebec City's Old Town, within walking distance of almost anywhere. The surrounding area has a strong French traditional and cultural atmosphere, and it's also close to the Old Town train station. The front desk staff speaks English/French, so communication was smooth. The front desk provides a coffee machine and basic necessities like fruit, bread, milk, and eggs (for guests to prepare themselves).

Overall good stay. It's a self service hotel, which wasn't clear on the hotels description, upon arrival I didn't have the self-checkin instructions but I called the hotel number and they were quick to send me an email and even allow me to check-in earlier. Check-out was also really easy and I was even able to check-out later too. Only downside was that there wasn't an option for breakfast as it states on the hotel description. It would've been great if there were mugs or cups in the room and a plus if there was also a selection of teas as complementary. There was no where nearby that I could get a bottle of water or a hot drink, so it'd have been nice to have something in the room. Lastly for any light sleepers - the building is not sound proof so you can easily hear other guests talking in the corridor or going up the stairs etc. Other than that good stay overall - thank you Auberge la Chouette

Hello, here's our hotel review. Our room had no air conditioning and absolutely no Wi-Fi. We requested extra washcloths for the second day, but none were available. This whole experience was very strange; we are extremely disappointed with our stay at the hotel. It was too hot in the room. There was no control to adjust the air conditioning, and the outside temperature was over 30 degrees Celsius. Do not choose room #343, as you will regret it. Think carefully before booking this place... Have a good day everyone.

Decent room but at a luxury cost. Be careful what you book. The first room (maybe queen?) was really small, dirty, and right near the public bathroom. After upgrading the room was a bit nicer but still not worth the price. This is an ok option if nothing better, but horrendously overpriced.

Excellent stay. Helpful and friendly staff. Location near public transport and not far from attractions as well as a number of nearby restaurants. Decent breakfast and good size rooms. Hotel has a laundry and free coffee.
