Quebec City Hotels with Parking

The room is a little small, but the view is good. It is a bit inconvenient to change two elevators to go up and down the stairs. The front desk service is very thoughtful and polite, and there is a special car at the door. The location of the hotel is very convenient and quiet at night.

The facilities were clean and the room was more spacious than I expected, making for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was pretty much the same selection every day, but it was nice that coffee and hot water were always available in the lobby. It's quite a distance from Old Quebec, so transportation costs for round trips added up. Overall, it's clean and the staff are friendly, so I recommend it! ^^~~~

We really enjoyed our short stay at this hotel; the breakfast was perfect and we used the pool with the children. A very pleasant stay.

Pretty good overall. The location is a little far from the city center, but the service and cleanliness are both quite good!

For approx 175$/night, I was not completely satisfied. It was quite dirty. The only reason I'm even giving 3 stars is because all of the staff i have encountered were super helpful & polite. The kettle was really, really dirty. And apparently, there's only 1 for the whole hotel to share, and the one they gave me was gross. I cannot believe they even gave it to me when it looked liked that. So instead of tea, which I had to go out to buy since they don't provide, I opted to use their nespresso machine. And despite running the nezpresso machine 5 times without the capsules, just to clean it out, I kept getting little black stuff coming out. The bathtub was unclean, the handheld shower head kept dripping & it was loose and kept drooping over. The screw to adjust the height was also missing, so we couldn't raise it either. Also, when we arrived, there was a curly hair (and not the type of hair that's on a person's head, if you get what i mean) on the toilet seat, we were grossed out that we didnt even want to take a pic of it & disinfected the seat right away.. Not very good sound-proofing either and there was dust on the hangers.... Location-wise, it was good for me & where we needed to go. Near a highway that i can exit to go anywhere & a costco nearby to fill up gas easily. The only thing saving this place is the staff. Unfortunately, i'm not sure if I will be staying here again, especially at that price.

We booked two rooms at once. The facilities were quite good, and the service was thoughtful and attentive. The breakfast was good, and it was convenient to get to Old Quebec City. The surrounding area is bustling and convenient.

Decent room but at a luxury cost. Be careful what you book. The first room (maybe queen?) was really small, dirty, and right near the public bathroom. After upgrading the room was a bit nicer but still not worth the price. This is an ok option if nothing better, but horrendously overpriced.

On the plus side, this hostel is in a PRIME location. We walked all over Old Quebec and loved it! The AC worked GREAT. The beds were pretty comfy. We were not very happy about the fact that we had booked a room through Trip.com that had a private bath. When we arrived they said that the reservation did not specify that, but I showed them the actual reservation and it DID say we had a private bath. They said there was nothing they could do about it and when I said that since I had PAID for a private bath I should at least get a discount, but they were unwilling to do this either. My travel partner said she heard some other people checking in another day and they had a similar problem with the shared bath, so we are wondering if it's a bait and switch thing with the hotel. We also told them the first morning that the light over the sink in our room was burned out or broken and she said they would have someone check it out when they came in. Nobody ever came. The shared bathroom was okay but could definitely be improved by adding a paper towel holder (there was a roll of paper towels sitting on the shelf for a few days, but eventually it all got used and it was not replaced before we left.

The location is good, worth the money, good for travellers using the public transportation. However, the pictures of the room we booked and the actual room we received had nothing to do with each other. The only common thing was 2 queen beds😄 We booked a nice looking, bright and modern room (this is what pictures show) and received an outdated, dark, noisy room on the 1st floor. The bathroom was extremely outdated as well. The ugly old curtains need to be changed, same as the amenities. Due to condition of the room, we requested them to at least clean the room daily, this was done👍 On the second day of our stay we noticed that the duvets besides being worn-out, have stains and requested them to change them. The mattress cover was small and not properly fitting the mattress. The closet (if you can call it a closet) is a narrow and long niche in the wall, you cannot even hang your clothes properly. In general staff was helpful and completed requests as needed, but the hotel in general needs renovation and deep cleaning (both rooms and common areas).

Campus residence turned hostel for the summer. Room is small but clean and mostly comfortable although there is no air con. There is only one sink in the shared bathroom on each wing of each floor but there are individual sinks in each room. Location is close to public transport (bus) but there is a small walking distance from the bus stop. 10 minutes walk away from Metro (Canadian chain grocery store) and shopping mall with customer service that speaks English (most people in the area speak limited English). Overall an enjoyable stay comparable to the price.
