A stay that exceeded expectations - from the moment I arrived, this hotel impressed. The location is hard to beat. The lobby sets the tone beautifully: elegant without being stuffy, with a good coffee machine. My room was spacious and thoughtfully decorated with a real sense of place rather than the identikit style you find in so many hotels. Nothing felt like an afterthought. The bed and the duvet were comfortable, the kind you do not want to leave. The staff were warm, helpful, and attentive without being overbearing. I would return without hesitation.

Room was very clean and big. And has many additions. But breakfast area and the space was dirty and not organised. Cheap chairs and felt like express place. Breakfast had average option Nothing great.. I was charged my deposit twice. Because it did not show in there system. But my bank has deducted twice. I Will have to reconcile with bank later. Front desk Staff are good and friendly. Cleaners etc were not friendly just looking at you like alien. No greetings. If i have optioni wont choose this again. Keep it up guys. It seems hilton always disappoint us.
Last time it was embassy suits by hilton niagara falls. ( the worst place to be ever.)

I love this place! It's a total disappointment. I live nearby and I go there for fun. However, the big disappointment is the restaurant La Traite...price, quantity, wine $20 a glass...I would never go back there again. For the rest, what happiness!

Guest UserWonderful location, delightful staff, small but serviceable laundry facilities. We certainly will return as we have opportunity to visit Quebec City!

The loft was spacious. The design was contemporary and it matched the romantic and chill vibe of Quebec City. Public car park was nearby. The lightings, the furniture, beds were comfortable and clean. The amenities were adequate and new. We loved the loft so much!
Perfect location with most of the major attractions within walkable distance.
Room rate is not cheap but it was worth the price.
It would be perfect if detergent was also provided as there was washer and dryer.
This accomodation was highly recommended.

We stayed for two nights, and overall everything was good – clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location was convenient. The room didn’t have a full kitchen (only a microwave), but there is a shared kitchen for guests on the ground floor, which makes up for it. There was no sink for washing dishes in the room, only a dishwasher. This is fine overall, but running it for a single cup isn’t really an option, especially since there was only a minimal amount of dishware. The bathroom also lacked a toilet brush. One small detail: the blanket was arranged a bit unusually, like a “sandwich” with sheets around it instead of a proper duvet cover. These are minor points, but they could be improved for future guests.

This is a condo built from the old industrial buildings of Quebec City. The quality is very good. It was perfectly cleaned. There is no reception (the reception is in another building) which is a bit annoying on late arrivals (in that case, only one person works there, dealing with people, the phone etc.). In the building, you would meet from time to time the cleaning team, which is very nice and ready to help. This condo is properly equipped. There is nothing on the food side except salt and pepper so you have to go to the supermarkets nearby to get the basic items. The place is rather quiet. There are homeless around, that's true, but there are not aggressive at all.
Many restaurants, bars, etc. are all around. The old city is not far, walking or using one of the many buses down the building.
The view is nice. You can go up to the roof which has a few chairs and tables (really the minimum !) for a nice sunset. The bedroom could be too warm, as the a/c is in the living room, and it pulses the air through a tube in the bedroom (the curtains are black, so this doesn't help).
The price per night may be high, ever higher than in some nice hotels (200 to 300 CAD + tax and more per night), but the condo gives space and you can cook. The laundry is at the 2nd floor (2.50CAD for washing, the same for drying). You have to find your products.
So this is a good and nice place, maybe a bit expensive according to the season, the day. As this is a condo, there is no basics (e.g. spices, oil, a few tabs if you want to do your laundry etc.). You can ask for more towels if needed as there is no everyday cleaning: this is not a hotel. I was very satisfied of this condo, the team is nice, I had no problems during the 6 nights I stayed there. I think we could have a few more services for the price (compared to other branches using the same concept for instance).

The room, bed, bathroom, and everything else was very clean and I was very satisfied. The front desk staff were polite, and I was happy to find a Nespresso machine in the room.

Guest UserDespite the hotel being under renovation, there was no noise from construction. You couldn't see construction scaffolding inside the hallways, they Built temporary walls that fully hid the corridors with construction. Excellent management of customer experience despite renovations!
Excellent location! 2 mins walk to the closest attraction, the national assembly building

We booked two rooms at once. The facilities were quite good, and the service was thoughtful and attentive. The breakfast was good, and it was convenient to get to Old Quebec City. The surrounding area is bustling and convenient.
