The decor is very stylish, and the cloud-shaped lights add a great design touch. The lobby is flooded with natural light, and outside the window, there's lush greenery and an expansive view. The interior is clean and tidy, making for a very cozy and relaxing stay. Highly recommended.

The location was excellent, and the staff were always kind and helpful throughout my stay. However, there were two issues that affected my experience. First, I had requested a room close to the elevator because I was traveling with several heavy bags and a musical instrument. Unfortunately, my room was quite far from the elevator. Most of the hallway was covered with thick carpet, which made it very difficult to roll my suitcase and carry my instrument. Second, although I specifically requested a non-smoking room, the room had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. The odor seemed to have soaked into the room and was quite unpleasant during my stay. Overall, the hotel has a great location and friendly staff, but I hope these issues can be improved for future guests.

Since we drove, we arrived quite late, and the hotel called in advance to let us know the parking address and offered free parking. They also thoughtfully provided children's toiletries and slippers, which was incredibly considerate. The hotel lobby was very spacious, and the rooms were large enough for our family of three without feeling cramped. The high floors offered excellent views and were very quiet, allowing us to relax peacefully after a long day of activities. We were very satisfied and will definitely stay here again next time we visit Changsha!

The ladies at the front desk greeted me warmly as soon as I entered the hotel. The whole check-in process was very pleasant! He also helped us with our luggage and led us to the room, and introduced the hotel's services and equipment in detail, such as the 24-hour free gym, laundry room, dryer, ironing machine, and which floor the breakfast was on. The hotel is easy to find, the room is clean, and the bedding is comfortable. The air conditioning is a bit slow to heat, and the sound insulation is not good. The hygiene and environment are excellent. It is Chinese style and very stylish. Breakfast is included. There are noodles, rice noodles, stir-fried dishes, and many varieties. The service is worth mentioning. Because I brought my baby, the baby's clothes needed to be washed. After I washed them, I hung them in the bathroom. The hotel lobby and rooms are quite spacious, and the bathrooms have separate wet and dry areas with glass partitions. The room has two large beds, a sofa chair, and a tea maker, but no refrigerator. Overall, the hotel is clean and tidy, and the price is reasonable. There are also fast food restaurants and small shops next door. In terms of transportation, it's a 16-minute walk to the nearest subway station, and one stop to Changsha South High-Speed ​​Railway Station.
