The hotel's location is great, right across from a shopping mall. The front desk staff were very helpful, and the bed in the room was soft and comfortable. The TV also had screen mirroring. Overall, everything was good. Just a small suggestion: it would be better if the bath towels could be placed in a hanging basket. In my room, the bath towels were directly on the marble countertop in the bathroom, with no hanging basket, and right above the toilet, which felt a bit awkward. Everything else was fine. 設施：設施都很不錯，雖然是今年才修的酒店，但是並沒有裝修的異味，而且設施都蠻不錯的，智能遙控也非常的省事 衞生：衞生還是蠻乾淨的，進去地板都很乾凈，也沒有明顯的垃圾啊什麼的 服務：服務的話挺不錯的，因為我剛開始下單的時候是説要高樓層，但是那天好像樓上的話住不了，小哥哥也很貼心，都給我們換了其他的房間服務還是蠻貼心的 早餐種類都還有點少，其他都蠻錯的

自駕遊湘西，選了吉首作為中轉，意外挖掘到的設計師酒店，非常驚喜的體驗，住過一些同類型的服務和景觀，放到江浙滬大概1500～2200一晚的水平，屬於是超值 環境：羣山中的一塊靜謐之地，格外的安靜，雨來雨去是大山裡的節奏，都很有氛圍，很涼爽而且意外的沒什麼蚊蟲 服務：老闆娘親自負責預約，早餐巨豐盛，晚餐都是當地特色的菜，三餐都可以送房間食用，還給送飲品，服務太好了 比較特別的還有老闆娘自己做的泡菜，太 ** 好吃了，以至於同事和家人品嚐後都想多買點
