The city of Huazhou exceeded our expectations. It’s amazing. I was originally driving north from Hainan and was going to Zhanjiang after passing Xuwen Port, but after going there a few times I felt it was just average, so I changed my route to Huazhou and stopped there. I didn’t expect this small city to be so cozy, with so many delicious foods and cheap prices. The hotel is new and the facilities and equipment are intelligent. The front desk clerk was very nice. The upgrade to a river view room was awesome. The environment is nice for a walk along the river after dinner, without the hustle and bustle of a big city. I really recommend stopping here. Much better than staying in Zhanjiang.

The service is very warm and intimate, the room type is upgraded for free, the silicone pillow is too friendly for people who don't sleep well, very comfortable, breakfast is delicious, Chinese and Western are very good. There is also a bookshelf in the lobby. When reading a book, the front desk lady sent hot tea intimately.

I lost a charger for my Huawei computer in the hotel. I was in a hurry to check out at around 8:20 am on the 19th because I had a class at 9 am. When I arrived at school, I found that I didn't bring my charger. I called the hotel front desk at 8:56 to confirm. The hotel front desk also told me that I should go to the hotel front desk to report my name and phone number to get my charger that day. However, when I went to the hotel front desk to look for my charger that night, the front desk clerk, the duty manager on duty in the morning, and the cleaning lady on duty all said that they didn't find my charger and shirked their responsibilities with various reasons. So far, there has been no reply. They could only tell me that they would give me a clear reply from their leader on the morning of the 20th, but I have not received any reply from the hotel. On the morning of the 20th, I called the front desk again to confirm. So far, I have not received any reply from the Dongcheng Hotel, which has seriously affected my work.
