Guest UserThe breakfast was improvised in the Ayi kitchen since there was a big group we were told. That was a bit odd but also interesting since it was close to the chicken shed. Everything else was nice. Very proximate to a nice hiking route

Guest UserThe environment is very good and the door is very grand.
The room was hygienic and clean. The waiters were professional, enthusiastic, and answered questions patiently. The facilities in the room were good. The most surprising thing was that the mattress had a layer of latex. It was very comfortable and I slept well. The air conditioner heats up quickly.
I casually asked if breakfast could be given to me and the front desk actually applied for free breakfast for me. Thank you very much, it was very considerate. Breakfast ends at 10 o'clock, so you don't have to get up early to have it. I had a bowl of noodles and it tasted good~
The elevator requires a card, which is very safe, so you can check in with peace of mind.
The parking lot is large and tidy, and is very friendly to trams. There are 20 to 30 charging piles.
A very cost-effective hotel. If I have the opportunity to come back, I will book it again.

I stayed at the Ibis Hotel in She County two years ago, and was very impressed by its service and facilities. I also booked the Ibis Hotel in Longbeishan when I went to Yixing this time. It was almost nine o'clock in the evening when we arrived at the hotel. The only twin room left was the room at the end of the corridor. I have always been a little scared of the rooms at the end of the corridor. There are quite a lot of king-size rooms, so I wanted to change to a king-size room. As a result, the front desk clerk told us with a little disdain that we were not eligible for room upgrade. I took out Ctrip's guest room and introduced it to the front desk. The price of the twin room is the same as the superior king-size room. There is no upgrade at all. After a moment of embarrassment, the front desk clerk gave us two king-size rooms. After entering the guest room, I found that we were staying in an ordinary king-size room, which was cheaper than the twin room we booked. I really don't understand why the front desk clerk deceived us again and again? To be honest, the hotel's rooms are a little small, but the hygiene is very good, the room attendants are very kind, and the breakfast is also rich, which is worthy of the room rate. However, the dishonest behavior of the front desk clerk has ruined the image of the hotel!

Thank you to the front desk staff for their thoughtful and attentive service. I wasn't very happy with the room type after receiving my room card, but they immediately changed it. The room was clean and odorless! There are many places to eat nearby, and it's very convenient for the attractions we wanted to visit. We didn't try the hotel's special late-night porridge stall! Maybe we got home too late!

SuiyidexinqingI am a repeat customer. Ever since I found out that Hanting Hotel opened in Guanlin, it has been my first choice. First of all, 1. The lobby is clean and tidy, which makes people feel comfortable and classy. It also provides laundry services, which can be dried immediately after washing, which is really great. 2. The girl at the front desk is very enthusiastic and sometimes gives away souvenirs. 3. The hotel environment is very good and parking is very convenient. You can park at the door and there is a large parking lot at the back. The key is that parking is free. 4. The restaurant is also very big, and the breakfast variety is very rich. I recently encountered their breakfast reform, and the breakfast is more delicious than before. There is also a secret sauce~ It is perfect with plain noodles. It's a pity that I didn't bring my phone. I can post a picture if you don't come. 5. The room was very satisfactory, the sanitation was very clean, the lighting was good, but I found that I forgot to bring conditioner, so I contacted the front desk with a fluke mentality. The front desk lady said there was a sample, and the robot brought it up very quickly. This hotel is really a treasure hotel👍

The front desk lady was quite welcoming and patient, but here are some complaints. On our first day, the hotel's cleanliness left much to be desired. First, the tea leaves from the previous guest were still in the teapot, still warm (though we didn't use them, leaving them on the coffee table was a bit unacceptable). Second, the cups in the room hadn't been cleaned, with obvious stains from the previous guest's coffee or tea still dried on the sides (we usually bring our own cups, but we inevitably used them, which was quite disconcerting). I thought they'd be checked and cleaned the next day, but they still weren't. After our two-day stay, the room wasn't even cleaned or replaced after cleaning on the second day. Luckily, we brought our own, otherwise it would have been embarrassing to find out there was no paper when we went to the bathroom. 😅 Since the hotel also caters to restaurants, leaving the windows open after check-in is not recommended. There's a restaurant next door, which is loud with music during the day and smells of cooking smoke. My personal recommendation is that if you're traveling by car to Yixing, choose a hotel close to the city center. Most scenic spots are in the suburbs, and you'll need to take a taxi or drive anyway. There's no need to choose a suburban location for a one-time visit. Eating out is also inconvenient, and you'll usually have to drive over 20 minutes to the city center. The city center is more convenient for those who travel back and forth.

Xingxing123Come to Yixing to play very late, but the front desk still took the trouble to help check in. Considering that we have a lot of people, the big bed room is intimately upgraded to a standard room.
Breakfast is delicious, Miss Sister is very serious and responsible.
